breakfast was very good, although the dining area is very small and it was very crowded. The onsite bath was a bonus as was the snack/meal available in the evening along with the free drink. Overall great location and value for money.

I like everything about this hotel. The hotel is very close to the Takayama station. The room is so clean. This hotel provides delicious breakfast and good onsen. They also provide free dinner and free one drink every evening. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

PhilippinesThe staff was extremely rude. To be honest, we did not utilize all the rooms that we booked because of the rudeness of the front desk staff. There was one staff who was exerting effort to help when we tried to change room category with additional fees but he was suddenly interrupted by a Manager/Supervisor who just said to go through booking.com. If you tried to call them nobody was answering either. Worst experience in a Japanese hotel. Complete waste of money and a real holiday breaker.

perfect location ! happy hour is great option if you can’t find restaurants nearby. most of the restaurants require advanced reservations. McDonald is at next door! room is clean and new towers were offered everyday ! Bed size is comfortable!
