The comfort in this type of hotel is of course linked to the customers…. And one lady decided to reorder her luggage during 1 hour in the evening with lot of noise… and of course ladies had to wake up early to take their plane so I did not sleep very well actually 🥺

Clean, everything needed is available. It was a bit cold for me during the night but the very king staff borrow me an extra blanket and even a bed warmer. I used the shower around 6pm and 6am with no problem (there are only 2)

Not best for light sleepers as people are in and out at all hours - however they provide earplugs so it was fine. Can be a little claustrophobic if you don't like small cubicle spaces.

Very convenient for late night flight arrivals like mine. Easy to find from the main airport. Excellent bathing facilities including public bath which was great after a long flight. Variety of amenities available and provided so you don't have to unpack your whole case.

There is a light that stays on all night so an eyemask is needed. Earplugs also needed as people are getting up regularly. The bed and the pillow is super uncomfortable but to be expected. There is also a lingering smell of smoke which remained on my clothes after.

Good option of you have an early morning flight. They provide towels and amenities. The shower facilities were clean. The rooms were quiet with nobody talking or arranging luggage.

the water dispenser wasnt working when i was there and there was a note that we cant fill up our own tumbler. The only hotel ive stayed in Japan which didnt allow water refill for own tumbler. There's vending machine inside but it has only small water bottle (about 300ml for 110 yen) which i find quite expensive since i drink lots of water after shower / onsen. It would have been nicer if they give free coffee.

It is inside airport so very convenient if you have early morning flight. The bed was comfy and sheets are clean. The staff was nice and friendly. The onsen was great, not crowded.

More expensive per night than some would normally spend but considering the convinience I decided it was worth it this time.

Easy to find your way upon arriving in KIX. Decent amenities, helpful staff, feels safe and cozy; would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit noisy - if there was a door on the suitcase room it would’ve made things better. As it was I could hear everyone zipping their suitcases. The bed was also rock hard and there was only one pillow. All in all didn’t add up to a great nights sleep.

I slept well in the comfortable bed. Small room but there were things that I need like a safety box. TV was nice!! I enjoyed a lot at night.rThe room wear was comfortable.

The capsules do not have doors, but are separate from outside using curtains. These curtains cannot be soundproof and have safety concerns. The luggage must be stored near the entrance/exit. Although staff borrow guests locks, it is still not too safe without watching eyes on luggage.

This capsule hotel is just inside Kansai International Airport. For those who have early flights, this is an cost-effective choice. The capsule cabin is only for sleep. Staff are professional and helpful. The public bath is almost a sauna. Price is affordable.

Doors in the pods don't close all the way to the end, I believe for ventilation. It feels a little less safe than other pod accommodations that I stayed in. In the end I felt quite safe regardless.

Perfect location almost inside the airport. This annex building - where the hotel is located - also has restaurant options, and it's ridiculously easy for public transportation, if going to Osaka, Kyoto and Region. People normally stay here for one day, to catch early flights in the morning. I stayed for two days and didn't mind the commuting to the city for sightseeing.

There is a smoking room on the way to the facility. I hope the hotel can speak with airport management about removing it for health and safety reasons.
