    I enjoyed everything.

Everything about our stay was amazing. It was more than what we expected. From being escorted at the front, being able to have the opportunity to use the lounge was amazing. Staff was also amazing.

The hotel is near Kokusai-dori with a lot of shops and food outlets. The room was very comfortable and the hotel provided a selection of pillows that we could select from. Car park facilities are great as they had a dedicated facility just opposite the hotel for cars. Last but not the least, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Staff very friendly and helpful, and very quick to bring up requests to the room like water or more towels; location is superb, 5 min walk to kokusai dori and right next to makishi market and tsuboya pottery street; few off track hidden gems down south from the hotel too :)

Asked a milk bottle sterilizer as we stayed with our babies, but they couldn’t provide a proper one, the staff spoke only limited English, couldn’t really get what we needed.

I thought it was ridiculous to be asked to pay extra for the connecting rooms as I had been to many hotels, and I never heard of anything like that. It was good the staff opened the connecting doors for us free of charge at the end.

Good location, clean n cozy. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very helpful.

In the morning the elevator queue is horrible and no option to take the stairs.

Washing machines are available at every floor. Very well equipped and the location is rather good in the city if you have a car.

    Great rooms and location

    • Couple
    • Club Twin Room with Lounge Access
    • Stayed 5 nights

We asked the concierge to help us a few times for example we wanted to book an island excursion, but they didn't really have any suggestions for us and were confused at our request. They gave us a taxi number to arrange something ourselves. Also, the laundry facilities are impossible to use and the rooms with laundry in are unbearably hot. We had to go to 6 different floors to try and find a free washing machine, and we had to call down to main reception twice to ask for people to come up and help us. Lastly, the pool has very few places to relax and the beds have no cushions despite there being cushions in the photos. It made the big round loungers really uncomfortable to lie on so we didn't spend any time at the pool.

The location was great. 5 mins from all the main action. The rooms were huge and equipped with so many amenities like robes, pyjamas, skincare kits. They did a really nice evening service leaving you chocolates and a little card with the next day's forecast which was a lovely touch. The executive lounge was worth paying for, we got breakfast every day which was plentiful and included happy hour free drinks in the evening time. You can also book massage services at an extra cost where the therapists come to your room which was nice. The room had a lovely view of the city. The bellboys are great and always really helpful upon arrival and departure, and always helped us hail a cab when we needed one.

Not a criticism of the hotel but more a travel tip - you need a car on this island. Public transport is not good. Don't forget your international driving licence like us! Need to apply before you leave your place of residence.

Best hotel in our two stay in Japan. Top end hotel for a great price. The staff were very attentive and really made you welcome. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Great jacuzzi and terrace swimming pool. Kids loved it! Location spot on - easy from the airport and fun area.

Parking tower is busy, need to wait 5~10 mins to park or take the car and need extra charge.

Breakfast is the best part of our stay, plenty of flavors and choice can eat. Room is not big but still enough for us. Location is really great, only 5 mins walk to Kokusai-dori and find foods or shopping. Pool is also good with a hot tub beside. My kids have very good time during this stay.
