Mostly lowest rank for my stays in Tokyo. No any merit for the cost. Very small space(even smaller than Toyoko inn or APA, and facilities in yhe room are also squeezed placed as small space room.Cost? ar least 30% should be lowered comparing to other hotels.

Nice room and having free service in different period, such as drink, alcohol and specially Takoyaki service. Hotel at nice place near Kanda Station and the environment is very quiet, not noisy! Really recommend Hotel Sui.

The location and suburb could not have been more perfect. Kanda is a very Tokyo, not every touristy neighbourhood sitting right between Toyko Central and Akhiabara Stations. The hotel is in a quiet street with great restaurants and cafes within 1 minutes walk. We were able to walk to the Fish Markets, Dawn Avatar Robot Cafe, Snowboards and Skiiing shops and Akhiabara easily within 10 minutes. The train station was about a 4 minute walk away and interesting in itself. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond all the time. They spoke English very well and were always keen to offer friendly support with my beginner level Japanese.

The room had a strong perfume smell. It was like a bottle was spilled inside the room, and it lingered everywhere. The room also had layers of dust on a lot of the surfaces. The bed itself was ok, not dusty, just a bit uncomfortable because it's a thin mattress and the pillows also smelled like perfume. We did wipe down the room to get rid of the dust and complained about the perfume smell on the first day, but was offered a scented washroom thing to cover up the smell. Didn't accept this because that smell also made me feel gross. It was confirmed that if we leave the key in the slot to keep the electricity on, we could keep the small air purifier on, so we attempted this but it never fully got rid of the smell. The smell seems to be limited to our room only though because once you left the room, you don't smell it in the hallway, elevator or lobby/front desk space. We did complain again on the last day because although the smell got better it never disappeared, so hopefully this is fixed for the next guest using the same room.

Double bed room only comes with a about 10cm thin madrass, no real bed. And only 1 small pillow, even if the room is meant for 2 people. No sound proofing at all, could hear people talking from other rooms as well as from floor above and below. Room is not suited for two people.
