Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Inova kanazawa was a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful appartment, very clean, the girls on the front desk very accomodating, easy to get everywhere. A beautiful place to visit

Other guests had cleaned out/taken all of the complimentary items such as coffee for the morning so since there's is no staff until after 9.00 we got no coffee. Which is no big problem and not something the hotel can help as these were actions of other guests.
Suite was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I needed a early checkout, and mentioned it during check in to the staff, they let us know to use the tablet prepared at the lounge counter but when I was there, there was a network error hence I couldn’t checkout on time. I even called the emergency number twice but nobody picked up until the third time. It was the tiniest hiccup for the stay.
The front staff was so friendly, room was spacious and clean, everything was well prepared.

There's no convenient store around. Nearest would be about 5-6 minutes away. They probably forgot to replace the plastic bag for the bin.
Friendly staff. Able to converse in English. The bread they provided is such a lovely touch on their hospitality. Quiet neighbourhood.

Very spacious and new apartment. Close to station and the old samurai district. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast of toast and coffee each morning. Train noise was minimal as soundproofing was excellent.

Nothing everything was fantastic
Such a great place to stay, 10 min walk from station. The room was spacious had everything you needed just like an apartment. We loved the washer and the dryer room in the shower. Very handy. The bathroom had a tv and the bath had a function that kept the water nice and hot. So many extras provided like washing detergent and a light breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us forward our luggage onto Osaka.

So close to the train station. Loved the partition between the washing machine/dryer and the rest of the room. Also found the partition between the queen bed and the twin beds nice.

It was difficult to get in as we arrived after the reception counter closed but once we got in, everything was alright.
The hotel room was self contained and had everything we needed including a washing machine. They even gave us a simple breakfast at the reception area. The lady receptionist was very kind, pleasant and helpful.

Washing machine/dryer was not working well. We were left with damp clothes despite putting very minimal clothes inside and had to use the radiator to dry them.
Breakfast is simple and good. Like that there are snacks and coffee available during office hours.

Great apartment style suite with everything you need, including a massage chair! Was perfect for us after days of travelling so we could relax and get comfortable. Includes a free breakfast in the morning and not far from station.

Very close to the train - you can hear loads of noise every time train passes by. Pretty far for most of city attractions.

It was about a 10 or 15 minute walk to kanazawa station. Not an issue for me and my friends but should be kept in mind.
Nice room very clean and spacious. Staff were nice and helpful and free breakfast was convenient. No noise despite being so close to the train line.

Quieter side of the city with not many eateries around. But there’s nearby 7-Eleven.
Free flow of water and self-service for coffee & tea bags and toiletries kits. Clean and spacious room with two queen size beds plus two single beds on top, plus sofa and coffee table. 15-min walk from Kanazawa train station and bus terminal. Friendly receptionist. Luggage storage available before checkin.

wifi was not working properly (it was connected but websites and streams did not load on all our devices), kitchen is not fully equipped for cooking a full dinner
