Room was spacious for a family of 6. Hotel staff provided the most friendly & helpful service, providing information on what was located around the Hotel & offering to drive us to the Station upon checkout.

We encountered 2 different receptionists - the male was a man of few words, and didn't seem as helpful as the lady was when we checked out. However, it could've been a language barrier.

Room was relatively spacious. Water pressure was great and the water was hot - we looked forward to our showers every morning and night! :)

The apartment is so well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The location is close enough to the train station and the hotel staff are very helpful. It's also fun to be able to rent some video games to play in the room.

This was one of the best stays we had in Japan. It really exceeded my expectations. The location is not that far from the station. If you need a ride to the station the staff is available to do it! They all speak English so it's easier for foreigners. The room was huge! With a lot of space. We got a 4-bed bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The room is like an apartment with a small kitchen. The bathroom had that tech that dries itself. Also, they have a lot of games you can get at the hall. Including videogames!

Don’t let the minimalist entry lobby put you off this hotel which is a 10 minute walk from the railway station. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. It came complete with a well equipped kitchen and a washer-drier which meant we could get all of our clothes washed! Despite being near the railway line good soundproofing meant we had a good night’s sleep.

Suite is clean and well stocked with towels, bath soaps, and kitchen utensils. Cloth washer in the suite is great. Included snacks and light breakfast is exceptional. Walking distance to train station and local attractions.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable. Like the breakfast too. Though it was quite a walk in the heat, we are grateful for the staff to give us a lift to the station. The staff are sincere and hospitable and their fluent English make us feel at home.

- It's located in the station's neighbourhood. The streets are not the best to walk with heavy luggage. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's good to know it in advance.

- Amazing apartment, with plenty of space. - Awesome Japanese bathroom, with TV in front of the bathtube. - Nice washing and dryer machine. - The apartment's kitchen is great, with all the expected compliances. - The reception staff is very kind and they speak English.

All of us in one room was nice, but AC was not enough to cool the huge space. Glad there was an extra fan. Loved the in room laundry and drying facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful!! Small continental breakfast included.

Excellent staff - friendly and helpful at every turn, well though out, highly functional room for families (room divider actually limits sound, light, toilet separate from sink / bathtub etc. access to bathroom, washer, bathroom heat, fan, feature that dries clothes automatic fill bathtub) Staff were engaging and helpful with everything from recommendations for dinner, to a ride to dinner and the station upon departure, help making coffee, toast etc. for breakfast. Grocery store a 5 min walk, close to train station. Great stay all around.

The staff sas amazone. They picked us up at the station! The room was clean and spacious, well decorated. Breakfast was decent and here are lots of board games, and netflix as well.

Loved our stay here. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Very comfortable. The hotel staff found my son's suica card and mailed it to us. Their kindness and help are the best part of our stay in Kanazawa.

There is not a possibility for having a real breakfast, some coffee and some packed food is available for the guests, but nothing more.

The family room was huge, with all sort of comfort. Very convenient for the station. All sort of amenities and table games are available for borrowing at the reception. The staff was so kind to give a lift to the station having a lot of luggage to transport. The beds were very big and soft. A very comfortable sleep, indeed.
