Breakfast was so good. Foyers & lobbies all great decor

Room size was excellent / harbor view was great - could see planes in distance & Tokyo tower. Excellent locasti9on we walked around a lot - shops / cafes / parks / Noodle Houde / Cruise Terminal. So handy for a cruise to stay here before or after.

Sometimes, depending on the days and times, a bit of a line at the breakfast place. If you’re there for work and in a hurry, you don’t have time to stand in a line to get in. Breakfast space should probably have more tables and seats.

I loved the view on the bay, really a great view from my room. The room itself also was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & bath, and there are also several good quality restaurants within the hotel. I tried only one, the Japanese restaurant. It was a bit expensive but very good. And great to have such a restaurant in your hotel when you arrive late after a long intercontinental travel. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice, including nice Asian food. Delicious and different types of grilled fish. So excellent breakfast.

The daily room service for cleaning was not totally meet my expectations. There's some dirt left on the floor

The lobby, which was grand & tastefully done, lacked connection to place, i.e., Yokohama & Japan.

The room was exceptionally large for Japan. Our view was over the water, which was serene. Our friends stayed in a room overlooking Cosmos. At night especially very dramatic.

Maybe the fact that it's not that visible for us where are the Chargers and Pajamas. It should be better if it's provided in the room and can see it directly.

I love how clean, wide and cozy it is. The staff were very accomodating as well.

For this kind of hotel, the Buffet (Spain food) was under my expectations

Assign breakfast slot preference at check in and previous night reservation for breakfast to prevent congestion and long waiting time.

Christmas atmosphere and breakfast was great. Staff job requirement is to be friendly but the staff went out of their way to make sure you are happy with the service.

Beautiful view over the Bay from our room, both by day and by night (good lighting). Breakfast (buffet) very abundant and various, absolutely exceptional. Cooking from different countries and for different habits. The breakfast is available early in the morning (7 am) Also at the lounge in the first floor there was the possibility of a light dinner associated to a beautiful view over the bay and to light music. There are several elegant shops in the Hotel, not expected, with japan products not banal. A bus to the Airport is coming just in front of the Hotel. Of course Taxi service is easily available. The Hotel is in a business area of the city, very modern. You have to go to the old part by bus or taxi.

Starting to get a little outdated but still very clean and comfortable.

Location & value for money. With newer big brand hotels popping up in the area, this place is the best bang for buck. Stay here multiple times a year for business and pleasure.

Room was super clean, comfortable bathroom, great view. Location is a short walk to Landmark tower, restaurants etc., Service sauce as front desk, bell person, or sending out the suitcase to next destination were all good. Room amenities include PJ, good coffee and bottles of water.
