MalaysiaFirstly the price. Upon booking it showed 15,796 yen, but we needed to pay 16,096 yen upon check-out. Secondly, the property structure was so confusing. Lastly, the parking area. We did not park our car in front of the hotel, we needed to park our car near the train station. The staff didn't explain well enough the hotel has a parking area near the station. It was lucky that we drove around the train station and saw the hotel parking area otherwise, we might have parked in the public parking area which we need to pay the parking fee for a night.
The cleanliness of the room. I'm also satisfied with the buffet dinner and breakfast the hotel served.

AustraliaBathroom was outdated and had mould in the fan. Heating/cooling system needed servicing because it produced a loud whining sound all night, making it difficult to sleep. Room was very stuffy and needed to be aired out.

JapanThe roof under our room makes the view less beautiful. Some people smoke in their rooms so we can smell it on the hallway. They should provide breakfast in this price(24,000+).
