Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing, this is our second stay.
We really like the location, close to major train routes, but far enough to feel calm and quiet. You can easily walk to Asakusa too. Easy to access, and love having the facilities to wash clothes and cook meals. Decent cupboard spaces for storing clothes and keeping suitcases out of the way. View from top floor is lovely, the Skytree is so pretty at night.

BrazilThe check in process was a little long and complex, but it wasn't inconvenient enough to be a problem.
It was an excellent place to stay! The room was very spacious and there was plenty of closet space to keep all our belongings organized. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The TV offered streaming options, which were great if we wanted to have a night in. Also, it was conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. It was only a 10 minute walk to the subway station, and we loved staying near Skytree. There was a big shopping mall, with all kinds of shops, an excellent view of the tower and the metro and train services were great. We only needed one train ride to get to Haneda Airport which was so efiicient. I would definitely stay at Jeffery Skytree Residence again.

ThailandNothing.
The room was very clean. The location is the best as it can see the Tokyo SkyTree obviously at the balcony. The safety of the building is also the best. We will definitely stay at this place again when we decide to come back to Tokyo.

Philippines-Location was far from the train station. -Toiletries were not complete; only body wash, shampoo and conditioner were available. -There was only 1 set of towels per person. And the towels’ material was thin. I had to wash our towels twice during our stay. -Bathroom cleaner/cleanser was not provided.
It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. The size of the property was just right, not too small.

JapanRoom and bathroom were quite small but that's to be expected in Tokyo
Location was fantastic. Nice view of Tokyo Skytree from my room in particular. Also found a good curry restaurant nearby. There is also a washer dryer which is not always a given in Japan. Also within extremely close walking distance to Tokyo Skytree!

United StatesI wouldn’t book this hotel again if we visit Japan in summer, it is very hot and extremely humid. The walk from the closest train entrance is about 10 minutes. It was a challenge to us carrying all the goodies back to the hotel. We had a hard time finding a place to store our luggage before the flight as this condo has no staff on site.
The cute condo equipped with everything we need a small kitchen and the washing machine plus dryer is a great add on during the summer days.

MexicoNot terribly close to the nearest train station, you have to walk about 15 minutes from the Skytree station to get there. Not a huge deal, but could be for some people. Another thing is that there's not a lot of places to eat around the area, especially at night
Bigger than the average hotel room. The balcony and the view were amazing. Bathroom was really spacious, too. Plenty of power outlets. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, really great and would definitely recommend.

United StatesI liked that there was a good amount of space within the bedroom/kitchen area. Also, having a hallway with closet shelving gave a nice separation from the bathroom to the bedroom. Elevator was also fast which was nice since I was on the 7th floor. Nearby udon izakaya was delicious and felt very local.
