Clean rooms, enough space for 2 27 inch suitcases and generous sofa bench along the windows for sitting and placing stuff. The neighbourhood is quiet at night but the Yamanote line station is just 7 mins away on foot. Great choice to stay away from the crowded areas of the city Staff was nice

Male breakfast staff were very abrupt.Could have had more tour brochures in the foyer.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. The area around the hotel does not have very much to do, but you are very close to a very well-connected station and it was very safe around at night, as with most of Tokyo.

-Excellent location - <10 minutes' walk from Shinagawa station, where you can get the metro as well as Shinkansen -Clean, immaculate, relatively large room for Tokyo. The housekeeping were super diligent in cleaning our room while we were out -Super comfortable bed Cannot really ask for more! A very convenient, comfortable, and clean hotel.

The location was ideal for access to Shinagawa station perfect for bullet trains and Haneda airport shuttles. The staff were so friendly and genuinely wanted to help you.

Staff friendly and helpful. Being able to check status of laundry from TV. Loved the donuts in the evening. Liked place so much that booked again for the 3 nights at end of our trip to Japan

Small room with comfortable king size bed. The room was small but well designed with places to put your bags and extras. It is an easy 10 minute walk from station. Would stay at this hotel again.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was windy and raining due to the oncoming typhoon. We were slightly drenched even though we had our umbrellas with us. Both the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful to help us with the check-in. During the process of checking-in, the other staff gave us each a small towel to dry ourselves. It's the small little gesture that made our trip memorable. Thank you to the two staff who attended to us. Would love to stay at Miyako City Tokyo Takanawa the next time we visit Japan again.

Efficient check in and check out, complimentary drinks and snacks, clean and great bathroom, helpful staff, stayed there for two nights and found it accessible from three subway station and bus . Good for going from and to airport

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Clean, quiet and cozy. My room was cleaned daily. My room was enough space for one. It doesn’t have any dresser, drawers. I had to leave my underwear in plastic bags. It’s not enough room to keep opening and closing suitcase. But it wasn’t a big deal. It’s close to the subway and bus line. 7-Eleven is right up the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Accomodating for our 7 month old baby and they supplied a cot free of charge. Room was a decent size.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful; the location, the staff, the facilities, etc. were all fantastic. The room in particular was beyond what I had expected, with every amenity one could hope for. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. Unfortunately I was too nervous to try the restaurant before the end of my stay but it sounded really nice and I hope that when I inevitably return to this hotel in the future I can try it out.
