The breakfast was limited compared to other experiences.

The property was close to the Shinagawa station which suited us after a late arrival in to Narita airport. The hotel was clean, check-in was easy and staff were friendly. We left our bags there for the day while we ventured around Tokyo.

The hotel seems new or very well maintain. everything was spotless and very well organized. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any issue. there are some restaurants around and shops. but you'll gave to walk a bit for them and to the train/metro station (5 - 10 minute).

The laundry machine - only 2 of them, no other service around, so it was constantly full.

Close to Shinagawa station. Big bed and well-designed bath room - even though it is not the biggest hotel room I stayed, it was very comfortable and useful, which is very important being on business.

Our favorite feature was the extremely comfortable bed: we both slept super well during our short stay. We appreciated the modern television and that we could cast from our cell phones. The layout of the bed and banquette seating was a clever use of the limited space. The room had really nice finishes and a great city view. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The lounge area was really nice with complimentary refreshments. It encouraged guests to stay and enjoy the space.

Can't think of anything. The hotel is exactly as described.

Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had been travelling for around 24 hours and they let us check-in a couple hours early. The room was on the small side, but I think standard for Japan. It was clean and quiet. We chose the location as the hotel is away from the busy tourist areas of Tokyo. However, everything was within easy reach! It's just a 10 minute walk to the subway, where you can get to Shinjuku or Shibuya in 15-20 mins. Highly recommend if you're seeking some peace and quiet after a hectic day of exploring Tokyo.

The room was very small making it difficult to find a place for large luggage. The bed against the wall on one side is not ideal.
