Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarDidn’t appreciate that the amenities had to be picked up on our own at the lobby. For some amenities like toothbrush and drip coffee, they were kept behind the front desk, and I had to ask for it from the receptionist. This is a decent 3-star hotel and not the YMCA. But the management has created a system here where guests are inconvenienced this way, all in the name of “waste management” which is just a lame excuse. I believe that the hotel guests should be entitled to one night stay’s worth of amenities, etc that they have paid for, for each night of their entire stay. It’s only fair. Also, as a hotel that accepts foreign guests, it needs to train all the reception staff, at least to speak basic English. I needed help with my reservation one day, and the receptionist could only say, “No english, no english.”
Very good location, especially for airport transfer as Tokyo Stn is close by. The room is clean and compact, suitable for a single traveler. Breakfast was not bad as well. Appreciate that I could have a quick bite before heading out in the morning.

Singapore- Room was a little small for a couple with 3 medium and 1 small suitcase. We hardly had enough floor space to open all our luggages at the same time.
- Unbeatable location just a few minutes' walk from Tokyo Station. Great place to act as base for lots of day trips out of Tokyo. - Clean and modern room with comfortable bed, bathroom and desk. - Breakfast included. - Price per night was reasonable compared to a lot of hotels in the same area.

SwitzerlandCannot think of anything in particular. Sure it is not a top-class hotel, but very decent for the money you pay.
Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the main Tokyo station. Easy access to the Shinkansen trains if you plan to go out of Tokyo. Area is like a financial district, but there are many small restaurants around, for dinner. Rooms are on the smaller side, but this is expected in Tokyo. Breakfast options surprising for this rate, good introduction to japanese culture your first night in Japan.

The accommodation is a short distance from Tokyo station. I enjoyed the coffee refreshment upon arrival. Resources on the TV menu were helpful. The bedding and lighting were well thought out - very comfortable.
