Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomThey were charging for early check-in (even for less than an hour earlier) and were not open to negotiate. Also, they employed a numbering system for check-ins (instead of queuing at the front desk) but weren't very clear about it.
I like the fact that they provided luggage lockers to store your luggage before or after your stay at the hotel FOC. And the hotel was tastefully decorated. Good location (near the train station) is a big plus point.

AustriaThe bed was so uncomfortable. The pillows were also terrible but the staff kindly provided us other pillows that were ok. But again, that matress was so hard and because of this, despite the amazing breakfast and service , I cannot give a better score. Sorry but the bed is very important.
We very much liked the breakfast, it was so good. Also the staff in charge of the breakfast was very kind and provided an excellent service. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations, it's best buffet breakfast we had.

Fantastic location - 5 minute walk to Tokyo Station and 10 minutes walk to Uniqlo in Ginza. Staff went above and beyond to help me navigate my way around the area. The trainee on duty was excellent - providing maps, detailed instructions for getting to Narita Airport and even a staff recommendation of restaurants list. Very impressive.

AustraliaThe bedroom is the most cramped bedroom we've ever had and for the price paid per night, we have stayed at a lot better hotels than this. The bathroom is super small. Much smaller than the one we had in the cruise ship so my tall husband struggled using it. We've had to move to another room because the first room designated to us stunk. The hotel needs to clean their drain I think. The laundry was helpful but the laundry drums weren't clean and no microfibre wipes available to clean it up unlike past hotels we were in. And for also for the price paid, they do not have complimentary water bottles. It was also uncomfortable so will not stay again.
Location was fantastic. 5 mins walk to the Tokyo Station and right next door to an izakaya. The closest convenience store is 5 mins away under basement ground in Yaesu Midtown Bus station. The staff here is fantastic and attentive. The breakfast was nice too.

SingaporeBe warned, the room is extremely small, I didn't have space to open one of my cabin luggages and there's no water given to you, you actually have to buy the water in a vending machine in the hotel so get a cheap 2 liter bottle at either 2 7-11 or Lawson stores
The location for Tokyo is execellent, if you are looking to travel all around Tokyo, even far as Yokohama and Warner Bros Studio Tour, the trains nearby will be enough to go everywhere. You are a stone throw away from Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace You can walk to Ginza's Shopping District in less than 10 minutes
