I sent a request for amendment through booking.com and also sent them messages direct. After pleading my case, they twice refused to help us. Instead they said we could cancel our booking (which would cost us a cancellation fee on top of the reservation we had already paid for) and make another booking (and pay AGAIN) for the following night. So instead of being charged x3 times for the one night stay, we made other arrangements. Then over 24 hours later, they amended our booking to what we had asked for in the first place.

Australia3 reviews1 helpful voteExceptionalThe beds are a bit hard, but thats personal preference. If you like a hard bed, you will sleep well. The breakfast wasn't really up my alley, but having some coffee and some mini croissant/bread items was all I needed. There is excellent food all through Toyko station or even cheaper options at 7-11.
The location was really good as a central hub to get everywhere else easily. It was extremely clean, fresh towels were delivered to the room daily. The staff were very friendly and the price was great considering the location.
