Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Located well for Nijo station, can walk to Nijo Castle and the imperial palace. Room had a fridge, kettle & microwave. Very close to a Lawson & 7/11. Laundry facilities and place to lock up and leave luggage. Amazing cake shop next door.

AustraliaCheck-in was very easy, staff super friendly. Only time I saw any staff waa when I checked in but if you needed them all you had to do is ring the bell at the front desk. Really liked how it was keyless entry into the lift area & into your room. Room was a really good size & really liked how it had a normal size fridge & freezer. Also liked that the room had a microwave. The hotel is close to supermarkets & also close to the train station. It was really nice that check out was not until 11am, didn’t feel rushed. Hotel was very quiet which is a good thing. If you are wanting to stay somewhere outside of the main city, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great position - 3 mins from Nijo Train Station and close to a range of restaurants. It is very well run - the staff I encountered when checking in and usung the laundromat were friendly and very helpful. Best of all you can open the window so not always enclosed in artificial air. Highly recommended from a solo traveller.

I used the laundry service and after using the dryer (didn't fill it up) everything was very wet so I spreaded all over the extra bed I had, to dry for a day. The bed was rather on the hard side but you might like that. Pillows were comfy. Other than that everything was great!
good location 2 min walking from Train station. The people in reception were really kind and helpful! they make the difference! it was very clean and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. I liked having a balcony. I felt very comfy here!

The hotel is more of like a rented apartment space and the information is as stated so don't expect the usual hotel quality service. The accomation system worked well for me andI enjoyed my 2 night stay. Would definitey stay here again
