The location is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to Kawaguchiko bus station. The staff is very nice, we only asked to drop off the luggage before noon, but they let us check in around 12pm. Room is spacious, clean and quiet, I wish I could stay longer, but only find one night available for my travel period.

Jinya is located in a nice walk from the train station, giving you an easy access to great views of the Fuji mountain and to the lake. Its staff are extremely cheerful, helpful and kind. We truly felt welcome! The rooms are quite large, with comfortable beds, a nice table and a small kitchen area with a microwave. The bathroom amenities are good. We also made good use of the laundry facility, which was quite practical.

as spacious as a studio room with living area and dining area. very tidy and comfortable. less than 10mins walk from kawaguchiko station. nearest convenience store is family mart (2 mins walk), 7eleven and Lawson just 5mins away. you will see mt Fuji as you walk towards here. staff was amazing and I think he’s the owner. very friendly, welcoming and humble.

The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Have a little small dining place and microwave, very surprising they prepared pajamas for guests and bathroom amenities as well. Just outside you can see Mt fuji and the convince store is around the corner. Very happy with the choice I made.

The location of the hotel is just less than 10 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station, 3 minutes walk from Family Mart, 5 minutes walk from Lawson/7-11, and is exceptionally clean, modern, and equipped with everything a five-star hotel would offer. The room is spacious, bright, and has a lot of functionalities (e.g., air-ventilators, heaters/air-conditioners, air-purifier, heating/drying bathroom).
