The location is perfect, near station, family mart, drug store. We got clear view of Mt Fuji from our room and at the door step of the hotel. The management is very flexible and supportive as one of my son was sick and they had done their best to accommodate us. Very appreciated! Definitely stay again if we come back

The staff who received us during the check-in immediately made us felt welcomed. 4 sets of pyjamas were nicely presented on the beds which was an additional nice surprise for us. The location was great as we could walk to restaurants and the train station.

Really responsive and nice. The room itself is huge and comfortable. The hotel also provide us with basic info about the restaurants around as well as the transportations to explore fuji. Will definitely come back again if I have the chance!

I like that the room is spacious and clean ! The bathroom and shower room are separated and that the main transport hub is just within few mins of walk. The staff is patient and professional. We appreciate that he let us store our luggage after checked out. View of Mount Fuji is just right outside the main entrance of the hotel. We highly recommend JINYA Fujikawaguchiko Hotel to anyone coming to Kawaguchiko!

Within walking distance from Kawaguchiko station and Lake Kawaguchiko. It was very clean and comfortable. Washing machine and dryer were available for our use. Everything was superb!

The accommodation is excellently located, just a 7-minute walk from the Kawaguchiko Station. The staff are very friendly, providing us with a lot of travel tips and introducing the facilities in the room. There are 711 and Lawsons stores and several small restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to eat and shop.

There is a comfortable seating area in addition to the table and chairs. Very close to the station. We were kindly allowed an early check-in and to leave our bags on the day of check out. We were able to see Fuji from our tiny balcony -just over the neighbouring Family Mart. Highly recommended, we would return without hesitation!!

The room we booked was a large 3 bed 1 soft bed apartment for 2 of us so there was plenty of space. Loved the little kitchenette with dining area so it felt homely. The place is exceptionally clean, the laundry facilities are also super helpful. The staff are so friendly and helpful The apartments are 7 mins walk from the main train station.
