Nothing. There were stairs however our suitcase was taken up for us. You could request lower rooms if mobility issues. No view from room as frosted glass but it didn't matter at all.

We were warmly welcomed and things explained during check in. Provided with maps and the loop bus timetable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds weren't rock hard which was lovely, we had a really good sleep. Had a microwave, fridge and free washer/dryer /detergent out the back door area. 7 min walk to the station, smoother walking on RHS of road to avoid drains etc. Handy familymart near by. Suitcases were held for us after checkout and Fuji can be seen just around the corner. Red loop bus handy. Catch it from the station, you can use your ic card or buy a 2 day pass for 1700 yen. We used our ic card, enter in middle and swipe thena swipe again at front as you get off. Great stay.

Everything. Their hospitality. They also had a free car park area just nearby the place. The room is so clean, smell fresh, cozy, located close to halal restaurants, room appliances are all available and the staff is very helpful and nice. We will definitely come back again here. Two days stay in JINYA is never enough. Thank you JINYA.

Perfect location, very close to Kawaguchiko station, Fuji Mountain View is right there when you stand at the entrance of the hotel. Very comfy room with everything you need during the stay. Very friendly staff are happy to help.

Delightful owner and staff who welcomed us and were most happy to allow checkin earlier than stated. The room was perfect and spacious for a family of three adults with a kitchenette corner with fridge and microwave . Ample tea and coffee provided plus bottled water. Also a very useful table, chairs and sofa. The view of Mount Fuji from just outside the entrance is excellent although bizarrely many people like to take selfies in front of a mini market on the road to the station. If you are travelling by rail or coach make sure you have booked your ticket. I got up at 6.15 to queue for the 7 o clock opening at the rail station . All rail tickets sold but managed to get coach tickets to Shibuya( Tokyo) for a 11.30 departure. Suggest walking to the nearby lake and taking the ropeway for the sunset view of Fuji then walk back down the path, narrow and steep in places but great to walk through the woodland with occasional beautiful views of the sacred mountain. We spent less than 24 hrs here but so enjoyed the experience aided by this great place to stay.

Room is spacious and well equipped. Location was central. There is a Family Mart just around the corner. Free parking was good. Staff was super helpful in helping to carry luggage to the upper level.

JINYA was an amazingly well located hotel, a short walk from Kawaguchiko station with restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, stylish and spacious, with a (slightly obstructed) view of Mount Fuji. Highly recommend staying at this excellent hotel

Nothing it was perfect for our family’s needs

The owner is very generous with providing free of charge 2 x washing machines and 2 x dryer, including washing powder. They also provided us with a portable clothes line for our clothes that would shrink on the dryer. Coupled with a clean and well appointed family room it was fantastic to be able to relax after a busy day of sight seeing. Short walk to the train station and tourist sight seeing buses around the lake.
