We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesYou have to put your key card in the wall when leaving the room. I understand why but when you have 2 people staying, and one leaves, it can get annoying.
The hotel was super nice! It has traditional Japanese style rooms with the feel of Western style. For example, everything looked like a regular hotel here in USA, but still had that japanese charm of clean, quiet, and respectful. The hotel room itself was a big "small" room(bed, desk, toilet). Shower was amazing! Beds have adjustable lighting. The hotel lobby is on the third floor of the building. Floors 4-6 are the rooms. Floor 4 is laundry service. Check in was easy. They even have a little guy on the screen to help you check in(if you need it). Huge amount of amenities you can grab from the lobby. 24hr free coffee.

The location is good, very close to Yokohama JR station. There is a walkway you can strike through to hotel near NewWoMan.

United StatesWe booked a "superior" room. I had no idea that the room would be tiny. the bed was against the wall and you could not put two suitcases in the room. We put one under the bed the first night. The room was so small that we upgraded to a larger room for the next two nights, with the cost of the upgrade being the same as the original 3 night stay.
The location was great. Nice to have breakfast on site.
