Hotel is slightly pricey and while the hotel doesn’t charge for children below 12, breakfast is an additional charge for children above 6. Would have been good to have a triple bed/sofa bed option as it was a slight squeeze on a super single for one adult and one child .

Location was excellent, just above the JR Sapporo station which is convenient for those taking the JR train from the Chitose airport and to walk through the underground shopping mall through to Otaru and Susukino. Hotel is also a pickup location for the Niseko bus transfer so that was great for us who were headed to Niseko. International Breakfast spread was excellent as well coupled with the wonderful view of Sapporo, kids enjoyed the croffles and the ikura rice bowls! Staff were also very helpful and polite and room size is decent.

Service is excellent. The concierge service gives the best restaurant reommendations. Also, after stay service is great - I left my electric toothbrush in the room after check-out, and didn't realise until more than 12 hours later when I had returned home. Not only did they manage to locate the toothbrush, they are arranging for it to be sent to a friend of mine in Japan, who will be safe keeping it for me. A great experience, all in all!

Location is excellent with train station downstairs and shopping Malls around. You won't catch a cold in the severe winter. Comparatively spacious room in Japan. We were accepted early check in. They tried their best to arrange.

Love the location of the hotel, super convenient as it's at the JR station and there are two big malls adjoining. This is our 2nd time there. The breakfast at hotel is superb. The first time we didn't book the breakfast considering there are many eateries just next to hotel. This round we decided to try the breakfast, we were spoilt by the wide selection. Love the croffle, it's the yummiest we ever had. The onsen is not free, need to pay some money (can't remember how much) but it's totally value for money. The onsen is well equipped with Dyson hair dryer, blood pressure monitor machine etc. Love the room toiletries too, which they provide Mikimoto body lotion.

Room beds are a little small for a 'double bed' it's more like the size of a single bed. The photos make the beds look alot bigger than it actually is.

Location, right on top of the shopping centre and train station is convenient. Breakfast has a great spread of japanese and western food, and an awesome panoramic view of Sapporo.

The location is excellent. Right next to JR Sapporo station and very close to Daimaru. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need, even some bonus ones like a basic hair scrunchy.

The hotel is excellently located above the main train station — excellent for traveling to and from Sapporo airport. The view from our room was spectacular.

The view from the room was great, and the service was very considerate. We asked the counter for children's slippers, and they proactively brought us an extra bath towel.

Amazing breakfast with an incredible view. Had a wonderful view from the room and the staff was gracious and professional. Enjoyed massage at the spa which was reasonably priced. Location was excellent - extremely conveniently connected to the train station with access to loads of food and shopping as well as easy access to the airport train. Highly recommend and would stay there again if in Sapporo.

The location is superb, attached to the station, so you can go anywhere by train (I went to Otaru) and get back directly to your hotel. There's a smoking area on ground floor.
