The room was clean except for the carpet. Spilled water on the floor, went to soak it up with a towel, and the towel was very dirty...

Loved the location. Typical business hotel, with very small rooms, but functional. Please note that the breakfast is a Japanese breakfast with no Western substitutes. I enjoyed most of it, but my husband did not.

Room is small but quite well-equipped. They provide the coffee machine but not many other drink options (I happened to be in another hotel with great drink machine option).

The rooms were a bit small especially if you have many luggages.

We liked the location of the hotel as we managed to see a lot from Osaka in one day. Also the receptionist from Nepal is an asset,extremely helpful and polite.

The place was in a quiet street very near the popular area. The personnel was kind and gentle. We had an amazing time there. The breakfast was succulent :) Totally recommend ! Bonus of the place: the bed was incredible confortable !!!

The hotel lobby is modern and clean but the rooms themselves are tired and in need of some care or a freshen up.

The staff were excellent, really helpful and organised a last minute storage and forwarding of our bags when our plans changed. They were great! Being close to so many good restaurants was handy. Complimentary coffee and tea a nice bonus.

Location & fantastic staff ….. good restaurant attached to it again with really helpful & friendly staff. I would suggest maybe the lighting in the rooms can be “improved”.

Location is nice, near to dotonburi, shinsaibashi, kuromon market and many places. it come with breakfast, very nice breakfast, too bad we missed 2 of them.

Very good location to commutw between Osaka. Its a 7 mins walk to Dotonbori. 3 mins walk to Nippombashi station. 9 mins walk to Namba station. So if you are coming from Shin - Osaka station, get down at Namba station. If you have too much luggage, then take another train from Namba station to Nippombashi station. Also us 8 mins walk to Nankai line which goes to theKIX airport. Staff is very good. There are lot of activities for kids, jackpot, etc. Rooms are very congested, this could be the same everywhere in Japan

We enjoyed stay and price was good. Staff was excellent and restaurant was great too. Only issue is the 4 person room was more like a 2 person room. Very small. If you have more than 2 people then get a bigger room!

We got a very dusty room, which prevented me to sleep as I have allergies. When informing the person at reception on the next morning, he told me I need to pay extra to get my room cleaned we had to discuss to avoid this extra cleaning charge, as this dust was months of accumulation, not our own doing. He agreed it would be cleaned. Coming back in the evening, half of dust was removed. Many elements were still dusty. Receptionist we had on arrival was kind, but unfortunately the one we had for this discussion was not.

The bathroom smelled a little musty, which we attributed to the small amount of mould above the shower, turning the fan on helped. The fridge was also really cold for some reason and froze my drinks but again, not a huge issue.

I would stay at this property again for the location alone. You can walk out the door and there are soo many food options all around the surrounding streets. We barely caught any transport while staying here since there’s so much to do around the area on foot. The hotel itself is quiet and the staff are very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the window was big and we could open it for fresh air. Overall, it’s not the most luxurious stay but for us it was worth the money and we found it very comfortable to come home and crash at the end of a long day.

A terrific, inexpensive place to stay in a great location. The room was simple, spacious and very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We found the location to be really convenient and we thought it was very good value for money. Would recommend it for couple and families.

i love the hotel decor, especially in the room. great location within walking distance of shopping streets and malls and a major subway station. staff are very nice and while the lounge is small, they allocate a space for repacking your bags post check out

The room we had was supposed to be like a traditional Japanese bedroom, but our room was really small. We had to use the second bed to make room to move around. The shower also didn't drain properly.

I liked that the hotel is located really close to Dotonbori and Namba, mostly walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was also very nice.
