The room wall is made from wood and not so thick that noise easily comes in. The room is too small.

The bed was uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise when we moved The carpet is not as clean as it should be.

Toilet was a bit small. Shower tub drainage was not good as water takes a while to drain. Drying of clothes needs to take an hour to be almost dried and if you are washing and drying a big load, the clothes are still slightly damp. Mattress was a bit thin.

Love that there was enough bed space for everyone. Big space in the sitting area with a L-shape sofa. Big space for packing luggages. Location was quite near to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori.

I expected the size of the room to be small but felt like there was no space at all. There was little space for our suitcases that we could barely open the room door fully. Almost felt like we had to squeeze through the door to get in and out. We had to open our suitcases on our beds as there was no room. Would recommend packing light if staying at this hotel

The room was quite tight for 3 girls, we had to make space by moving a bunch of things in the room so that we could open at least 2 of our 5 suitcases (3 small ones and 2 large ones). The laundry is not free so expect to pay with some coins. They only clean your room once during the whole stay (we stayed for 6 nights) and you have to pick a day (this is honestly neither good nor too bad because we didn't need much cleaning).

Great location, close to basically everything lively in the city. There are many convenience stores, drugstores, arcades, pachinko places, shopping malls, and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and it was easy to find the place.

The staff was not available when we checked in and we had to wait. We also did not like the location as it was in a small, dark alley in the middle of the partying district so it could be dangerous

The facilities were just OK and the room size was enough for the two of us (without large luggage). It was within walking distance to Dotonbori, subway stations, and many interesting shops.

Nope, liked everything.

Location was awesome and staff were phenomenal! Our train out of Osaka was cancelled and the staff helped me figure out what to do. Fantastic, friendly staff., clean, comfortable beds and bathroom with shower and small bath. Small rooms - not much place to put luggage, but it worked. The hotel is in a great back street,and has a fantastic restaurant on ground floor.

Beds in quad room were very very hard.

Top location close to Dotonburi and metro stations. Funky and clever design. Bathrooms are well soundproofed.
