Rooms are tiny, no relevant window view, and the floor of my room was not very clean.

Situated in a back street in the hart of Namba close to all entertainment, shopping, and food, bars, and vibrant nightlife. Super friendly staff. The hotel restaurant is nice.

Location is pretty decent, just over 5 minutes to Namba station or to Dotonbori. Coin-operated washing/drying machines available on ground floor. Bed comfy, amenities good for the price. Would stay again if needed to be in the area.

First off, the location is fantastic - right near the main attractions in the neighborhood, without being noisy. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the on-site laundry facilities (coin laundry) during our trip, which was much-needed. All in all the hotel was exactly as described and I'd absolutely stay again!

The size of the hotel room (with twin beds) is extremely small for two persons. The breakfast can be better as the choice is limited (3 types) and the portion is really small. All in all, the function of the facility (hardware) is limited.

The only good thing is the location.

Second time I've stayed here. Pretty sure wasn't originally built as a hotel, but I kinda prefer the ambiance to the standard mid-range hotel you'll find in Japan (hallways are open air, a lot of concrete/more industrial feel). Rooms have everything you'd expect, and staff very helpful (held a package for a week for me). ~10 minutes to Namba station and Dontonbori, so everything easily walkable.

- Rooms were inefficiently designed - There were two separate three quarter sized beds, it would've been better to have a full double and have the extra space for luggage. - The light switches were badly designed. The light switches for the room were controlled by boxes by both of the beds and you could not switch it on or off by the door which was a hassle when leaving in the evening. - The bathroom was weird, the tap for the sink was the same tap as for the bath and there was no way to adjust how strongly water was flowing out without it automatically shutting off. - Despite having a toilet with bidet functions, it has no seat warmer.

- Great location, despite being in the middle of everything, the rooms were quiet. - Staff were friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists helped me write my luggage forwarding form in Japanese - Had games for free rental including a mini emulator that plugs into the TV for retro games

the room was tiny. no room to move around the beds or to put suitcases. smaller than tokyo rooms. the corridor outside the room was exposed so it was freezing. we had to have the heating on non stop so it was very stuffy. the breakfast was basic. on the first day you got no choice and it was a fish based breakfast - there was no consideration of dietary restraints or a vegetarian option. it was very odd. the second day we got a choice of 4 meals for breakfast with no vegetarian option but there was a western style option if you wanted eggs on a muffin rather than fish and prawns! you had to prebook your meal and the time the night before too which was also odd. overall the hotel gave off hostel vibes rather than hotel. i think it was expensive for what it was.

the location was perfect right in the middle of namba. many restaurants on the doorstep and very close to subway. they let us have a nintendo in our room so that was fun.

Location...not far after exit from Nankai train.. approx 7 to 8 mins walk reach e hotel. Simple direction from Google map leads you to the hotel...shopping it's all surrounded by the hotel..Kuromon ichiba markets is just 2 mins away..Dontonbori..5 mins...and if you book for some klook adventure..the meeting point is just round e corner (3 mins walk) the best location of all my japan stay.For MUSLIMS...lots of Halal restaurant nearby....STAFF 5 STAR...nice n polite...everyday they will provide new towels for you...toilets yes..is huge for a Japan hotel....and I'll be back for my family holidays this coming December

I booked a room for 2 adults 2 children, the whole room space 90% used up to put the 2 bed, totally no space for luggage and any other stuff, we 4 persons cannot even walk smoothly inside the room, cannot open the door freely... I think this room should be put only 1 bed for max 2 persons stay, the condition really out of my imagination. Even we only need the room to sleep and shower, I would not recommend to stay in this 4pax family room, it will make our trip more tired.

The double rooms were too small for two people, even though they were intended for two.

My son did the check in, this was all computer based, no staff involved. The Hotel is located in a good area, not to far from the train station, shopping and food. The hotel was very clean.
