Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room we had was a bit noisy as it faces directly the train tracks, despite having double windows closed - I need to play nature sounds to drown this out The public bath at second floor does not allow tattooed guests so I wasnt able to take advantage of it Note there is no drying room if you are using this place as base for exploring hokkaido ski resorts

Breakfast all the same all throughout our 3 nights stay. There's nothing much to do within the are where hotel is located but then again I chose convenience among other things.
Location- its near JS Train Station very convenient. Room is just fine, love the smell of the free shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Room is a bit small.
Very convenient location, close to JR location; provided quite a number of supplements for stay, like comb and shampoo and ear plugs. The room is cosy and nice as well.

The public bath is floating with some dirt all the time. It doesn't have a water circulation from the surface so those floats have nowhere to be cleaned out automatically.
The low price with acceptable distance from JR Sapporo Station.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel has prime location only 5 minutes walk to Daimaru and 10 minutes walk to JR Sapporo which is very convenient. All amenities are provided in the lobby area which you can take what you need. I recommend the cleansing oil. The staffs are nice, polite and always helpful. The room size is quite compact however it’s normal for the hotel room in Japan. So it’s not a big deal.

We had two adults and two kids, but they only provided three towels each day.
The breakfast buffet at this hotel is excellent. A wide range of western and Japanese options, including famous local dishes like soup curry and miso ramen. The staff were so well mannered and helpful.

Excellent location, very close to Sapporo station. Plenty of food options close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel gave out water, tea and amenities.

Nothing in particular. Room was small but it was expected.
Nice hotel, new and modern public bath facilities. Breakfast had a good variety as well. Location close to Sapporo main station.

Construction of railway line make it harder to access.

Standard triple room, the size is too small for us which we can only open our luggage one by one, and the ventilation fan in our bath room works too slow make us hard to breath if bathing too long.
A good location for travelling by car or train, we can park our car in front of the hotel, to walk just 2 crossing roads to get Sapporo station and the almost flat path way is also easy to roll our big 5 luggage across. With the Family mart nearby and 7-11 a little far over, it is good to fill up us at night. The standard triple room size is too small for 3 adults, yet all 3 beds are comfy and clean. Amenities in room are adequate still we can get another on the first floor, moreover we can have little box of drinking water as complementary on 1st floor too. The breakfast is good, it is not big still it is enough to start a day and the coffee from UCC coffee machine is as UCC taste. The small Onsen is OK to rest for awhile, but a very good thing after onsen are located in front of Onsen room is frozen ice cream ^__^

Excellent location near to the Sapporo Station, 5 minute walk away. Room was rather small and we have difficulty fitting in our 2 luggage bags. Decent breakfast for a reasonably priced hotel.
