1 the free bus stop is just outside the house, as soon as you know the arrangement , very convenient. 2 10 min walk to Echoland bus stop, good 3 very clean, have modern washing and drying machine, affordable price. 4 kitchen is available for cooking 5 other guests are nice too

There is not really any soundproofing, which is ok depending on the other guests staying.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The shared areas were always spotlessly clean and it was very convenient to have a washing machine that dried in the same cycle. The host was very responsive to any messages.

Nothing really! The high standard has been maintained since my last visit a year ago.

This is my second year staying here for my ski trip. This time I have managed to book a double bed room and it is very spacious. Apart from a comfortable bed, there is also a loft area fitted with a small tv and a bean bag sofa - great for relaxation

The self check-in did not work, but the owner came quickly to solve the issue.

Very warm and cosy, all new inside. Walking distance (5-10min) to the main area of Echoland, where restaurants and a convenience store is. Room with just 6 people was very quiet and the shared area perfect to chill, have some food or a drink. Free bus to main ski resorts stopping just outside at "Alpine Chalets".

Lovely loft room, impeccably clean kitchen and bathroom. I liked that most guests were Japanese and very respectful during quiet hours. Don't expect an Uber in the heavy snow, you will need to walk into town, it's doable. I definitely recommend this lovely spot that is so affordable. Thank you!

The ski resort is far away from this guesthouse. Really frustrating when no bus operates during winter

Stayed here for a three day ski trip. Lovely place to stay, the staff is also really nice. Really clean and quiet place to stay. The WiFi is working very well, washing machine+dryer(300$) There is a bus stop in front of the guest house, easy to get the ski resorts ( free shuttle)

Great value for money, the room was spacious and comfortable, the communal kitchen was great. Location was ok, it's about a 10 min walk to echoland for food.

Slightly farther from the lifts than what I expected, but that is my fault for not checking the distance on google maps before booking. It was a pleasant walk nonetheless.

Guest House Keimichi was an extremely welcoming and pleasant place to stay, one of my favorite places I stayed at on the trip. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I am very grateful for letting me leave my baggage for an extra night as well as for helping me with the buses. It had nice common spaces where you can meet other travelers—I met some really nice people there :) The facilities are very good. I especially enjoyed the possibility to use the bikes, which defined my time in Hakuba. Highly reccommended!

When I came to Happo station, it was around 6:30 PM. It was dark and silent, and there was less light on the road, so please prepare for that.

The staff I met was very nice. She gave me a ride from home to the Happo bus terminal. They have bicycles available for guests; it's so convenient.

No complaints. New and tidy. Good size room with a small table. Spent many comfortable hours in the room planning the next few days. Walkable to many restaurants, the gondola, and Hakuba station. Would gladly stay again!

Fantastic place! You feel yourself at home there. It was our top 2 best accommodation in Japan. We would love to stay there longer. Clean, conveniently located, exceptionally friendly. One cannot wish more. Oh yes, they provide the super quality bikes for free. It is a dream place!
