The rooms weren't that clean there was dust everywhere. The ceiling vents in the rooms and carpets were dusty. The staff was not that friendly at least the ones that I dealt with.
Location was perfect all the trains are nearby and shops.

Good value for money in Tokyo. A little far from the JR lines for us, and not much to do in this business district, but the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet and cheap, so ticked all the boxes for our last night in the country before a long plane journey when we wanted a good night's sleep.

We stayed here for 5 nights and even though the staff did not speak much English there was no issues at all to communicate. The location is superb, and there’s a 711 3 minutes away where you can have breakfast at. We feel that this is the best hotel we have stayed at during our Japan trip! Ah and yes, the free amenities were great too!

Still managed to have all amenities which are needed for a great hotel, but for two people with two big suitcases, it was quite a struggle to open and get things out of the cases every day.
Great location in Tokyo, felt easy to get to subways and buses. Very clean and cosy. Worth the price! Bathroom was a good size.
