The breakfast place was located in a different part of the building meaning that you have to leave the hotel once. This was a minor inconvenience, but it still irked me. Also the price was a little bit steep but this might've been because I stayed in Summer where most hotels are expensive.

The place is directly next to a subway station so you won't have to walk too far with your luggage. Room itself was clean and the amenities were ok. There's nothing that is unpleasant about staying.

Lack of facilities such as a washer and dryer rooms were a little bit small but nothing really negative in regards to the hotel.

Wish the hotel staff could have spoken English. It was a little hard to communicate some things but they really made an effort and it worked out. Also, the pillow was small and they did not provide any extra pillows.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city and getting to the subway. Like that we could walk to a lot of sites.

Room cleaning service, we have to display " please clean this room " outside our room before 10am daily, if U display it after 10am, they will just leave a plastic bag which contains showel towels, hand towels, floor mat, disposal slippers and 2 bath suits. Tv only has 4-5 local Japanese channels which useless to tourists with such a good size and quality resolution. Hotels located within Sapporo centre should cater mainly for foreigners instead of locals. Next is about price is a bit at the high side for hotel under this category.

Location was great and near to many travel spots e.g odori park, Sapporo tv tower, Sapporo clock tower, Hokkaido government office, next to subway exits which make it very easy to access to subway. Near to airport shutter bus stop at Odori park. Very convenient and shield from weather if U come during raining or winter seasons as U can use underground subway passage to commute within Sapporo city centre without subject to rain or snow and hush weather conditions. There r many shopping areas surrounding the hotel, all with few meters to hundred meters walk. Room we chosen are 2 single bed with decent space to walk around. Very clean and comfortable place, except U have to bear with one pillow which they dont have additional pillows to spare. Aircon is good and quiet without funny smell or too dry. Tv size and picture quality is good, however, only a few Japanese channels which quite disappointing as they should have had added a few english news channels to provide some essential news and info to tourists. Wifi is also good, speed is decent for a normal use.

On each bed there was only one pillow which was small and very thin. We asked for extra pillows but they were not able to supply them.

Location was excellent close to Sapporo station and eating areas. Staff were friendly and very welcoming.

The room. It was dingy and smelled bad. I had to keep the windows open for most of my stays to keep it ventilated. There were also some brown stains on the mattress pad that was covered by a bed sheet. The sides of the switches were dusty and the fridge looked old and smelled funky too.

The hotel is conveniently located to some major attractions such as the clock tower and the former government building. It's also a short walk to the train station. Toiletries are available at the hotel, but if you need more there's a convenience store just across the street.

The exits near it are stairs only. So if you are carrying huge luggages, it could be inconvenient. Other than that, it's super convenient. There's a slight damp smell in the toilet, not sure what causes it though.

The location is great with lots of eateries and shopping malls around. You can just walk the underground to access to so many shopping malls. Very convenient if it's a rainy day. Room is slightly smaller but it's enought for the 2 of us.
