Cannot check in early. Big line up at 3pm to check in. Only one microwave next to reception on level 1. No water provided. Room too small.

I asked for an extra pillow and the staff told me to use a towel. Also asked if we could store ski bags in storage room and they pretended that they didn’t have one.

Great location and value for 6000 yen per night! Nothing special about the hotel or rooms. Basic tiny Japanese hotel room

The room didn't feel as clean as the other hotels we have stayed in on our trip so far. Only having one pillow per person and no additional pillows able to be supplied made it difficult to sleep with shoulder issues. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

(4 th) Nice place and good location to stay again. The location is very convenience to tourists can walk underground to JR station Sapporo (Exit 5 with elevator or Exit 7 with stairs, good breakfast and staff were great and very helpful. C u soon

Bed pillow gave one plat only. Counter says non extra pillows. She give to me extra towels instead pillows. Bathtub drain works not normally

It's already 3:30pm when we tried to check-in still our room is not ready and we finally got our room around 4:30pm.

Accessible from Exit 7 of Sapporo Ekimae-dori. Walking distance from both Sapporo and Odori Station. Breakfast is also available for 1200 yen per person.

I wish that the laundry room was not in front of reception floor. It is awkward. My clothes came out smelling of mildew immediately after washing & drying. It wasn't dried all the way. (I didn't even put that many items in it) After some miscommunication, I find out that "Air Conditioning is not available this time of year." My room was over 25 degrees celsius. (77+ degrees fahrenheit) even though I set the temperature to 15, it was still climbing. They suggested I turn it off. But that unfortunately also turns off the fan of the system. It became even hotter with no air movement. (27+ degrees C / 80+ degrees F). I thought it was weird that their hallways leading to my room were unbearably hot, and that the room would be better. I ended up sleeping with the window cracked open instead. (below 0 C / 32 F this time of year) I am usually a warm body, and require the room to be 18-20 C / 64-69 F to sleep comfortably. This was just awful. The room had scuffs and marks all over the room's walls. Their shower / tub was with a curtain design, and that curtain stunk of mildew. The toilet would make a really loud winding sound every time you sat on it. The lamp on their desk had a really bad ground somewhere, every time you tried to move it, or placed something on the desk, it would slightly vibrate it enough to flicker the rest of the lights in the room. The wind coming in from the window that I had to crack open to survive the heat, was enough to cause this flicker. Also, this hotel has the "place your room key card in this slot" in order to get power. As soon as you do, everything in the room turns on. All the lights, the bathroom as well. But weirdly enough, even the TV turns on. Every. Time. Thankfully the TV volume wasn't on full blast. All the extra amenities like q-tips, razor blades, etc (which are very appreciated) were also at reception, along with a vending machine. Customer Service is great though!

Location was great, nearby Odori Station, and around the corner to Clock Tower. If you want to walk a bit more, you will be downtown, and nearby the TV Station as well.

overall everything looked clean so when I opened the electric kettle, the inside was wet. That was rather disgusting also, the room I stayed was for two people.but it was just large enough for one person. can't imagine staying there with another person.too small!!!

Room we stayed had air pressure issue and was making loud noise at all times. Complained to the reception but the response was’ ‘nothing they could do’. -not a friendly welcoming customer service
