I had an awesome stay at this Hostel, common areas are great, with a lot of space to work. Facilities are brand new and very clean. The dormitory was also really good. This place is perfect if you want to visit the Kotohiragu.

The noise from neighbouring room. There is no soundproofing so we were woken up at 1am by door noises/voices/lights going on.

Great location. Walking distance from station. Comfortable & clean accomodation. Lots of toilets/showers so never an issue to use them. Would recommend.

The shower is on the ground floor but the dorm is on the 2nd floor which is a bit inconvenient.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The common area is spacious and I love the vibe here, very relaxing. Everything is clean and tidy. There is also sufficient private space in the dormitory. But it seems it's difficult to carry large luggage to the upper deck. The girl staff do me a favour by changing my bed to lower deck as there is no booking. I have brought a large suitcase and I can't imagine how I can carry it to the upper deck.

Big space in the lobby with comfortable sits There is a self check-in procedure but staff is here until late anyway

A unique guesthouse with lots of personality and a friendly atmosphere. Amazing location, comfy and spacious beds, friendly staff, all facilities needed, perfectly clean everywhere and lots of chill out space. Highly recommend!!

I don't understand why you have 1,8m doors if the ceiling is over 3m.

So first of all the dorm was very big which was not obvious for me while booking and if I had known I would mot have booked it. Then they had 2 different booking options for beds which I did not realize while booking so I just took the cheaper option. Now that I realize what it means I find it disgusting that you charge people more who are not able to climb a ladder. I am shocked that is even allowed. Also it was a real hazzle to get up and down since I expected a normal ladder but this one is way taller. Especially during the night. Then there was a person who was clearly sick in the room who was coughing and sneezing. Why is this allowed?Many Hostels do not allow sick people in dorms and there is a very obvious reason why. I could not sleep because I felt to uncomfortable. Also this same guy was snoring like crazy so horrible experience. Every time a person came or left the lock mechanism was so loud it would wake you up. Then what I also found disrespectful the stuff kept speaking to me in English even though I always responded in Japanese the kept speaking in English. I learned Japanese for a long period of time to a level I also worked in Japanese. Speaking to me in (bad) English despite this not being even my native language was just disrespectful.

It is very conveniently located at the main street. That was good. Also you can use the washing machine and dryer for free if you have soup (or you buy it there). They had events also to bring people together. Their coworking space looked cool but I was not using it.
