We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaA couple of minutes from a kombini, some local restaurants, and a subway station makes this place a great value for what you get. While others have only received instructions via a booking app (I did as well) I happened to meet someone who worked there and they showed me all there is to know about entering the building, and understanding the controls of the apartment. I will definitely attempt to stay here again, when I come back. Highly recommend!

Location is good 2mins walk from subway..property is almost main road, there is supermarket infront, 2 pharmacy both side easy to buy pasalubong at very cheap price, also there is mcdonalds about 7mins walk that is 24hrs. Room is big with amenities. And most of all the host is so accommodating, my daughter had allergy night before check-out that i almost rush her to the hospital so we were not able to pack our things i asked host to allow us for late check out which he immidiately agreed. Will definitely book this property again in our next osaka visit.
