Good value for money. Close to station, shopping malls. There is an open air area inside hotel meaning no roof. So there is no airco until you’re in your room turning it one. It’s fine with me but some people may mind.

Room was a decent size. We didn’t like the pillows but think they’re a Japanese thing. Was a bit difficult to get around Okinawa but think that’s an Okinawa thing - the hotel is close to a subway stop and bus stop.

Breakfast was great! Staff were lovely. Room was super clean. Toiletries provided. Vending machine, microwave, ice machine, washing machine and dryer on second floor.

The only downside I can think of was the one staff we came across who could've been slightly friendlier. She constantly had a stanky face on and her responses were kinda mean. I had an elderly mother and a toddler with me and I requested to see if we could check in slightly earlier and she made an extremely big fuss about it that it can't be done, it just can't, because if they made an exception for us then everyone would ask for the same etc. Our room was ready and the hotel wasn't even crowded with guests but they just couldn't allow that we checked in an hour earlier than 3 pm. So we spend all the day in their lobby waiting to check in

I liked that we could adjust the AC temp as we liked since it was extremely hot and humid outside so it was nice to be able to relax in a cold room. The hotel was clean and the beds for the room we got was very nice and big.

A/C turned off when you didn’t have key card in the room the bed was really uncomfortable i got 1 pillow which wasn’t super comfortable i came back one morning and there were insects in the shower had to wash them down the drain

There was nothing that was bad about this hotel and we had no troubles during our stay. They are very generous with towels and it's not clear what you do with dirty ones at first but we found hanging them in the laundry bag on the door each morning worked pretty well! The breakfast seemed a bit expensive, but there's a lot of other places to eat nearby so you have options.

Omoromachi is a really nice part of Naha, and the hotel is within walking distance of two shopping centres and the metroline. It's easy to get to from the airport and there is step free access. You can also easily walk to the Museum of Okinawa and art museum. You can get the express bus up to the aquarium from outside Omoromachi station too, which is very convenient.

Hotel is well located in Naha, just near the Okinawa prefectural museum. 20 min by foot from Kokusai street. 25 min from the ferry, 5 min from monorail. Very clean and nice room. Staff was really kind

I think the only downside is that the breakfast isn’t buffet—I enjoyed it as an adult but my picky-eaters (kids) didn’t have many choices. The door frames were a bit rusty too on the inside but the property was really nice otherwise.

The location is amazing! The room is very spacious and comfortable—even the bathroom. (We didn’t feel cramped while using the toilet—usually we are right up on the sink in most budget-friendly hotels). I love that the hotel parking is self-park/not the elevator type where you lose access to the vehicle once parked. The staff is very friendly and we didn’t have any issues at all.

Staff can’t answer questions through phone due to English language barrier. Room is not properly cleaned still got significant soda/sweet drink sticky stain on the table.

Pro: Easy to access, Great location. Beautiful environment. Not crowned. Staff very friendly. Easy to drop off luggage hours before check in.
