TaiwanThe best part of the hotel is its location, which makes it extremely convenient to reach or go anywhere. The room was as clean as I’d expect from many Japanese hotels. However, the inside of the kettle was spotless, which was a little surprising. There was one interesting shower feature: in addition to the showerhead and bath faucet, there was a fixed spray in the middle that rotated and sprayed water at your body. It was fancy, but from my perspective, not really necessary.

SingaporeThe entrance to the hotel was hard to locate and better signs could have been posted to lead to the entrance. In the room, there was a sign saying that same day luggage transfer could be arranged to Tokyo til 11am same day, however when I went to enquire at the front desk they informed me that it wasn't available.
The location is very good as it's connected to Sendai station. The room is very clean, well-furnished and comfortable.
