- staff was very friendly and helpful - we could borrow some stuff for free, for example a scale and hair curler, instax mini etc. They have lots of stuff to borrow - was near subway station which was very nice - room had lots of equipment and everything looks new

Location was really good - not a typical tourist area so great to get a feel for a part of the 'real' Tokyo. Very close to the train station and local restaurants & shops so easy to stay local or travel to other parts of Tokyo on the subway. Rooms were excellent - we have 4 children so not always easy to find something large enough but we hard a large comfy space with enough proper beds and bathroom spaces to accommodate us all.

The staff were so amazing! They went above and beyond to help us with answering questions and they were so kind and friendly with our kids who liked to greet them each day.

Location was great, only two blocks from a train station, lots of food options nearby, felt very safe. Beautiful lobby and rooms, helpful staff. The projector in our room was really cool. Loved that they offered pajamas and toiletries in the lobby so we didn't have to dirty more clothes towards the end of our stay.

Complete room amenities, with kitchen good for family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, clean rooms. Location was near train station, convenience store at ground floor and supermarket and mall nearby.

The hotel location was pretty good, 5mins walk to Kinshicho metro or Kinshicho JR, 5 mins to big Seiyu supermarket and Lawson and 2 family Marts just downstairs. Very very convenient! The staff were amazing, I accidentally left some important items in the hotel and had left for Hokkaido. The staff were kind enough to arrange for it to be couriered to me within 3 days. Amazed at how efficient it all was, and very grateful! Amazing place to stay!

Great location 5mnts walk to JR & Metro, lots of shops and restaurants around. Room amenities are good it has everything you need. Bed is nice and firm.

good location, just few mins walk fr station, nearby has lots of good restaurants and shopping mall Have been staying in many Mimaru hotels in different locations, Tokyo staff are nice but different style (maybe different culture) compared with kyoto which kyoto staff is more passionate.

The room is very clean and convenient, as well as its location. Its about 6 min away from the station by foot, and 2 min away to the bus stop
