Expensive (compared to Kyoto). Extremely hard mattresses and very cold bathroom with no heating. No hangers for towels inside the shower room.

Location was great, very close to Don tonburi and stations. Bedroom had a door separating the loungeroom which was great. Borrowed the clothes hanger so was able to dry our laundry overnight.

The layout of the apartment was great- it was nice to be able to close the door to the bedrooms, and have a separate spacious area to eat and watch tv. The mattresses were a little harder than we are used to, this applied to the 2 single beds and the 2 bunk beds in our apartment for our 13 and 11 year old kids. There was loads of room for suitcases and plenty of hanging hooks on walls to stash our jackets and layers. The location was good- easy to walk into the city centre (15 mins and flat), good spread of restaurants. Washing machine was on level 1 and fast. We utilised luggage forwarding which made our trip so easy. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. All in all, highly recommended for families!

The feather pillows and bed are quite hard. A few shelves or drawers would be helpful. It seemed odd to have to pay additional for the washing machine and dryer, rather than include this.

No look from the room. Should be better if we could have a view (any) from room. At the moment its just electric wires. Also , i stayed at otger hotels they have up to date comodes. Better to have them . Current ones are ok but since i used these modern japenese comodes in other places, would be a great plus to have them.

Amazing staff , very well cooperated and a very good hotel to love in with family. Awesome location as Lawson and K line is just downstairs. Will definitely stay again

Quite a distance to walk to main Shinsaibasi area and Dotonbori. But all the underground are connected so still okay.

Its located on the quieter side which i love. Near convenient stores which make it convenient.

Staffs were great! English definitely not a problem. It is easy to communicate. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchen has fairly basic needs. Its suitable for family with kids!

Its fairly located near the subway of Nagahoribasi and Shinsaibashi (walk further). Walkable to Shinsaibashi shopping district but quite a distance to Dotonbori ( 20-25 mins) walk. Convenient stores are nearby too. The room is spacious. The staff are friendly.

Our rooms were big & spacious! :) Furnishings were nice, clean and look quite new too. We got so comfy that we stayed in on a few mornings and had leisurely simple breakfasts instead of heading out early (our kitchenette was pretty well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc). And the inroom washer cum dryer machine was a big plus for us. There are a few convenient stores around the hotel, Lawsons is just across the street from the hotel entrance at the corner, and from Lawsons' entance, you can see 7eleven across the road, Family mart is around at the back of the hotel. Entrance to Crysta Nagahori underground shopping arcade is just in front of Lawsons, there are restaurants, cafes and supermarket along the stretch, plus it links to several subway stations and to Shinsaibashi shopping area.

Room felt small, but that’s probably standard for Osaka.

Convenient location near to metro station, which made it very convenient both to travel within Osaka and out (Nara, Kobe etc) without having to make many changes. Also had convenience store at the doorstep and many options for eating places close by. Staff were also great and always friendly and helpful - they helped us book a taxi to USJ, and there were also games (Jenga, Uno, blocks) to rent which my kids really enjoyed. Coin laundry/dryer was right at the lobby and we never had to wait. Staff also rented us a toaster and everything else we needed to make simple meals was available in the room, for evenings that the kids wanted to eat in. Beds were firm but comfortable and the bunk bed felt sturdy. Kids also enjoyed baths every night and the heater and humidifier were easy to use, so the room was a perfect temperature for us.

Location was good. It was near to the underground mall and to 2 subway stations. It is a short walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping district. The size of room was great and comfortable for 4 pax. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Location is fantastic. Walking distance to 3 metro lines. Walking distance to Dotonbori, Parco, DAIMARU. Staff is super friendly.

There is nothing to dislike.

The entire hotel was very clean and the staff were not only professional, but super nice. I would stay here again with my husband and 2 boys.
