MexicoThe rooms could be a bit bigger as usually this is the first or last hotel on your trip in Japan, so repacking your luggage is not so comfortable there.
They have free shuttle bus to the airport. Very friendly staff, reception is open for 24 hours. Close to the train stations. Office desk in the room.

CanadaIt may have been user error, but I couldn't get the air conditioning to cool the room very well. Nothing bad enough to make me lose sleep over it though.
The whole check in, check out, and luggage holding process was quick and easy. The staff was professional and helpful, the location is excellent and convenient, the price was very reasonable at the time of booking, and just about had all the facilities I would need and want.

JapanStayed here many times on my way in and out of Japan via Narita Airport. Was on my way out this time. Always thankful for the location, so close to the train station when I roll in, five minute max walk. Always pleasant front desk staff. Room is definitely small, but spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As usual, took the convenient and free shuttle to the airport. Will I stay again? I’ve already booked for when I get back to Japan two weeks from now.

Very convenient stop over between flights at the Narita Airport. Easy access from the train, with good food and shopping access immediately around the hotel. Room was cozy and had all the amenities needed. The town of Narita is small, but very cute and all plenty of dining and shopping options within a short walking distance, much better than staying right at the airport.

South AfricaThe property is close to the airport, which was great for us, as we could go in and out of the airport for things like withdrawals (when our Union Pay card wouldn't work in most parts of the city), but that was due to our fault and no one else. The place is clean and the staff was very helpful and polite, they offered room service each morning.
