Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Even though we booked smoking room, but was still surprised to smell smokes when entering the room.
Location is very good, walkable distance to main tourist sites and commercial areas. The room is not big but tidy.

The internet is a global internet for everybody and that’s is very insecure I didn’t use because of that so is something to improve, and is not something that difficult to do

There was some noise from the adjacent rooms and corridor - sound-proofing wasn't amazing. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow but generally worked mostly OK.
Hotel was conveniently located in the central area of Hiroshima. I caught the loop bus to get there which seemed to be the quickest way from the station. If you have a lot of luggage you would be better off using a taxi. Hotel looked well presented, check-in was efficient and my room was a good size with a nice view of the city. There was an amenity bar in the lobby where you could get supplies you may have forgotten. There was a lounge on the top floor that was open during the day for complimentary coffee, snacks etc. Breakfast was really good with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options including some Hiroshima local specialties. The staff were friendly and efficient and helped me arrange luggage delivery to my next hotel. A short walk away from the hotel is the bus stop, streetcar, and the hotel is within walking distance of tourist sites and the shopping district. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to a visitor to the city.

Highly recommend and would definitely return! The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance from Peace Park and Hiroshima Hondouri Shoutengai. Our room was spacious and impeccable, with an amazing view. The staff was most welcoming and assisted us in everything, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Rooms and bathroom were not very clean.
Location is perfect walking distance to the museum and atomic bomb building. Close to good few decent food locations also. The staff were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Only let down was the cleanliness of the rooms

It's not worth the "eco-friendly" option. Just let them do the full cleaning.
The location is very convenient for visiting tourist spots. Staff is polite and helpful.

Our room was a bit smaller than last time but still had a great view.
It’s located very conveniently to access the Peace Park and ferry to Miyajima. We love looking out the window at Peace Boulevard. Great lounge up on the top floor that we didn’t have last time.

Rooms are slightly old but kept in clean condition.
Excellent hotel location, polite staff and comfortable rooms! Only a 10 min walk to Peace Memorial Park. The hotel provides free breakfast, lunch and dinner snacks on the 25th floor.

1. Every time I open the bathroom door, a strong smell of mold fills the air. It's quite unpleasant. 2. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. Whenever it runs, it sounds like someone is using a washing machine.
The snack lounge on the 25th floor is a lovely place with a wide view where you can enjoy the sunset and the city lights.
