The view was amazing, Mt Fuji sunset and the city in the foreground! The shower and tub combo was great... Overhead waterfall shower.

The view was AMAZING, we got some really nice pictures of Mt Fuji during sunset. It was decently close to the train station too which was nice. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the balcony on the lobby floor was spectacular. honestly I've never been in a nicer hotel and the price was SUPER reasonable! One tip though, I did not realize that they leave a little doorknob sign for guests staying two nights or more that tells the cleaning staff they can just do the bare minimum when cleaning. I did not expect them to come clean the room after only sleeping in there one night and I was so excited to sightsee that I just left my pajamas strewn on the bed without a care in the world. I felt so bad when I came back and the bed was made and my pajamas had been folded and placed neatly on the bed! It was so sweet but I felt so bad for making them tidy up after me >.< Sorry about that! But anyways, overall I had an amazing experience and if I'm ever in Yokohama again I will definitely book a room here ☺️

Fancy hotel and very clean. Nice views from the room. Hotel is close to many shopping Plazas, so very convenient. Staff were friendly and spoke English with no issues.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are, if like ours, exactly as described and photographed. The service was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough

Spacious rooms, clean, very friendly and accommodating staff - great English for foreign travellers.

Plus, it's conveniently connected to the latter by a walkway. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, with a nice view of the Yokohama skyline.
