Super modern hotel. Great sleep quality. Rooms are pretty with really high ceilings. Beautiful indoor pool. However, I recommend the outdoor hot tubs and shallow pools, heated at 30 degrees C. in February. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Fuji from rooms facing the city- mountain side.

QatarWe booked dinner and asked for a table by the window. I was informed that no spaces were available and had been booked. We went for dinner at 8 and there were a couple of tables by the window spare - but these were reserved so of course that is fair. However, there were two tables that had been used and cleared but not re set. We were there until closing time so I think it was a shame that the staff could not have set the table and let us sit by the window as the restaurant has a superb view.
Excellent location, spacious rooms and the staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is close to loads of great shops and restaurants.

AustraliaThe absence of in-room laundry facilities was not a deal-breaker for us. We didn't inquire about them, as we didn't need to use such amenities. That's the only downside in an otherwise perfect visit.
The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! The space was ample for myself and my two daughters, aged 20 and 17. After a day of exploration, we would return, hit the gym with views of Mt. Fuji, enjoy a relaxing bath in our hotel-provided pajamas, and unwind while admiring the fantastic view. The young man who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcomed. The staff, proficient in English, were kind and friendly, even assisting us with our attempts at speaking "Japanese." The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, thanks to the soundproof rooms <3. The location proved convenient for sightseeing, with most attractions just a short walk away. After a long day and night exploring "Chinatown," a quick less-than-10-minute bus trip brought us back. We fell in love with Yokohama and all it had to offer, and we would definitely recommend and choose to stay here again. Definitely, one of our favourite places. Thank you!

JapanThe locker room area. People from the pool/onsen/shower areas track water onto the floor. Makes it messy for the next user. How about providing rugs or mats to dry off before entering? Or ask to please mop up when finished?
Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in. New, unique, inspiring modern design - lobby area, semi-outdoor sofas, room, indoor pool, outdoor heated "onsen," and fitness center all work together to provide a perfect, unified environment. Great views. Pool, "onsen" and gym are free (unlike the nearby Royal Park Hotel, which charge Yen 2,500 per person per day for the pool, although difference in length). A minute from the Landmark Mall with 65 restaurants, a few minutes walk to the station area which can easily round the number to 100. Bonuses -a) an easy-to-use tablet by the bed to control all room functions b) multi-level lighting brightness - bright enough for senior eyes (something you won't find in more prestigious hotels). good
