Excellent location and warm service

The property and location were lovely. My only complaint was when the staff at ANA were calling the number on the listing (from the time of arrival (7pm) and over multiple days), because my luggage did not arrive on my flight, nobody answered, and I was not able to receive my luggage until my next stop 5 days later. Knowing that these things could/do happen, a phone number where someone will pick up the phone should be a priority. Otherwise, it was great, and when I messaged the location on booking.com, they were responsive.

It was cold upon arriving (due to the weather of course) and due to insulation of the accommodation we were shivering for a bit until the aircon heating setting kicked in this is located in the bedroom and takes a while to heat up the other areas etc.

Lovely accommodation, with modern appliances and amenities. Supermarkets on your door step so you can buy items to cook it felt like a proper home stay. Amenities were also really easy to use. The shower was fantastic speed and hot. Great location not a far walk from the Tamachi station to commute around and explore. The location is also quiet so you get a good nights rest. There are numerous stairs to the property but this is actually why I picked this accommodation as I do not like elevators but definitely worth considering if you would struggle with stairs.

Wonderful apartments, spacious (for Japan) in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but with a supermarket and coffee shop around the corner. It has everything we need including USB and USB-C ports in power outlets so we didn't need an adapter to charge phones/laptop. The host left us some Holiday treats which is also nice :)

It is a bit far from the main metro line stations...like 12-15 minutes walk. When with luggages, it was a bit more than we wanted, but this is just personal preference. The bathroom sink area lacks shelf for our basic personal toiletries, and non space for clothes changing before/after shower. No chairs to sit on in the apartment so we had to sit on the bed. That is the inconvenience that I have experience during my two nights stay.

The apartment is very clean. The host was very friendly and answered questions fast

Suit with teenager or adults as its staircase to carry your heavy baggage.

Close to super market and 10 mins walk to train station. I could cook meal for breakfast and buy Wagyu beef from shops - save me money to go to restaurants. There’s a free washing machine to use - free detergent! Host is on call at 24 hrs.!

It’s in an awkward location in the back of a supermarket parking and stairs only (1 story), but these are minor details honestly. Overall it’s good

It was big and comfortable and had many amenities (especially if you stay longer than a night). It’s near supermarkets and some local bars and very close to the Tokyo Tower!

What an experience staying the night here. I really would like to thank you much more than I can. The room was stunning, clean, modern, beautiful, all the customer care they offer for you, and the best place that my family and I could stay the night. Super well located and good price! I definitely recommend it and book it again.

The bed sheets smelled like they weren’t properly dried. A bit like mildew smelling. Other than that, everything was great. I loved the little amenities in the bathroom like the hair brush and the toothbrush kit

There is no closet for clothes, so we could not unpack our clothes. Neither is there any curtain in the bathtub, so the floor was always made wet after the shower.

The location is great and convenient. There are two metro stations nearby, and there are many shops around. Besides, the size of the property is quite spacious by Japanese standard.

Incredible experience with all ameneties that you would want. Very roomy with an elegant design, so far our best stay in Japan. Would highly recommend this to anyone and this will be the first hotel I search for if I ever have the opportunity to return to Japan

It was a bit tricky to find late at night & get in, but I think that was due to not having my internet connected so I didn't receive my key code . The hosts were very helpful once we were able to contact them. Trouble with roaming not connected.

Not at all insulated from cold in winter it was freezing and the heater was not enough to warm up the place.

Appartement Nice and convenient very pretty and good aesthetic. This is a self opening apartment but staff was responsive through booking app.

although not all was perfect we rent 401 apartment and it was a real pain to move up and down all the luggages in the narrow staircase.

Facilities are wonderful and very convenient, the owner was always available and was there for every question

Room 201 size was half the roomsize 101 from our friends for the same price. Room 201 has all the comfort : kitchen etc, but no table or chair : are we supposed to eat sitting on the bed or toilet?
