We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomConvenient location for Rail Travel and Facilities. Rooms are good. Nice Hotel but one tiny comment for improvement: could update their Laundry Facilities. They have rather antiquated Separate Washing and Drying Machine which means the customers have to wait longer time to deal with their laundries. Modern hotels now have rather sophisticated machines which will do both wash and dry. I still liked the Hotel.

SingaporeThe room walls are not sound proof and next door from my room, there were a bunch of rowdy kids making so much noise after 9pm. The room was slightly small and those with big luggages will find it hard to open them.
Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great too. The location is superb as it is a 2 min walk from the station.

Right next to the station means you are minutes away from hundreds of great meals and services, while also being very close to the Nagano sites such as the snow monkeys. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and could be ordered same day. A standout hotel from my time in Japan.

Like all business hotels in Japan, the room was compact (made it a little tricky with skis and a boot bag) and clean, room was quiet and - frequent travellers around Japan will know how nice this is - a window that opened to let in fresh air.
