The hotel is nice and modern. The location is great as the train station is below the hotel, and close to everything, take about 2-5 minutes walk to shopping, cafe/restaurant, etc. The staff is friendly & helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, just a bit small. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices.

sewage odor in the bathroom. It's a business hotel with minimal service. We requested no cleaning, it would be nice if the housekeeping could hv put fresh towels at door like other hotels do.

Location is the best , right above the Nagoya station and department store with shopping and food. Room is nice and clean with plenty of drawers for storage.

It wasn't easy finding the hotel in the station although many signs helped. But it was still tricky. I wish the type of iron used is changed to normal one (without iron charging base). The light need maintenance they're flickering.

The location in the station was convenient if u plan on trips from nagoya. The rooms although small but felt spacious due to the windows and the amazing view of the city. They took care of very small valuable details many hotels miss. The tv is bigggg and has netflix. The control tablet has arabic language. The sofa was nice. Amenities in the room made the experience soo great.

Before we left for Tokyo, we had some Japanese food that needed to be refrigerated. Their service was very good and they helped us refrigerate the food until we came back to pick it up.

The room is very comfortable and cozy with city view. Hotel lobby located at 15th floor. Location is very convenient and close to train station. Will definitely come back again if travelling to Nagoya.

If you are a light sleeper, just dont choose room that is overlooking the JR railways.

The hotel is conveniently located within the same building as JR Nagoya Station. The lobby and guest rooms are on the upper floors, offering great views and a quiet environment, we don't hear the train noise at all. The breakfast is excellent, and the price is discounted, making it a very good value.

Pillow is uncomfy. Also, staff refused to send food delivery to our room, instead we had to go down to reception and picked it up ourselves. I expect more from a 4 star hotel.

Location is excellent. JR gate tower has two restaurant floors. Plenty of choices. Shopping mall is right next to it as well. Nagoya station is convenient for transist.

Being so near the train station means you can hear the trains moving around from 5+am onwards, light sleepers might be woken. It didn’t bother me though.

Location is perfect right above Nagoya station, and very close to the Hishigaoka line (that goes to Ghibli Park) Morning buffet spread is excellent with local specialties like unagi, and ogura toast. Very very clean bath tub, great for soaking.

my room was at the top floor of the hotel (24th floor) but at night time can still hear the train low rumbling noise occasionally

the location was great, just above Nagoya Train Stations and many Departmental stores around the hotel the room was clean and the view was good especially at night time overlooking Nagoya City Centre

Beautiful property, nice, clean and quiet. Hotel has a fabulous buffet breakfast that is sure to please everyone. Hotel is connected to a few huge vertical malls and many restaurant options, all easily accessible by walking.

Location was fantastic. Uniqlo, GU, Takashimaya, and plenty of restaurants all within the building. Easy access via train to and fro airport. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again if we visit Nagoya again!
