The area was a bit unkempt as per Japanese standards. The bathroom was little too small.

We had the entire apartment to ourselves and we were also a really short walk away from Dotonbouri. That was the highlight. The apartment was well stocked with a comfortable bed. You could bring in food from outside and heat it in the room as well. Extremely spacious for a couple. The owner was extremely responsive and kind.So were the housekeeping staff.

The walls were very thin, so rowdy tourists walking by the apartment late at night could be head quite clearly. Toilet didnt have a bidet but thats ok since the apartment was affordable.

It was very value for money and a short walk from doutenburi.

Just down the road from DOTONBOURI, in a quieter section, but close enough to walk to the main section. Plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants around too.

There's no key for the elevator or stairway, so the room felt a bit exposed. But everything was secure, and we didn't have any issues.

No place to leave your luggages if you arrive earlier than the check in time. There’s no full length mirror and there was only 1 socket with an extension cord for the whole place. We had a hard time charging our gadgets since the gadgets were all placed in one place during our stay due to the socket issue.

The location was good. It was near all the places we liked to go and also a train station and a taxi stand.

Location is noisy as windows are single glazed, no staff present so check in was self served. Entry to the building could be more secure as there is no external door apart from the room door.

The location was fantastic and the staff very responsive. The fridge broke down and they responded immediately. Reasonable size room which is bigger than hotel room.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The heater works perfectly, and there’s a fridge and microwave available if you want to eat inside. If you get lucky, you’ll have the view of Dotonbori river when you look at the window. The building itself is only 7 minutes walk from Dotonbori which is one of the main tourist attractions in Osaka. There are some restaurants just outside the building which is really great. Our host was very responsive and polite. We requested for toilet paper and trash bags and we got them immediately. We stayed there for almost 17 days and we had no problem at all. We recommend this place, 100%!

Excellent location to visit Osaka. Easy commute to anywhere + it's easy to go back home from Dotonbori at night even when there is no more transportation available.
