wonderfull guesthouse, everything is so clean and the lobby is very peacefull, it was the best guesthouse i stayed during my trip and im really glad that i decided to stay a night in narita it really worth it

i found the vending machine. it was just in front of the house. 🫣 it was a lovely stay. everything was clean and orderly. The pillow was hard and there is only one pillow.

The futon is thin and might be difficult for those with back pain or other mobility issues. There were 2 in my room because I booked a single/double, and I ended up stacking them. It did help.

Check-in/out was very easy and 100% self-service. The room and shared areas were very clean and I have no noise or temperature complaints. If you get a room on the 2nd floor, you'll have to leave anything heavy in the storage area because it probably won't be making it up those stairs. It's about 5 minute's walk from Omotesando street and a lot of amazing food.

Position is central to shops eateries and transport hubs loved the guesthouse exactly what we were looking for on our first trip Japan .We both agree it was great to be there

Only towel, little pillow, and covered futon mattress were provided but no top sheet or blanket to cover yourself with. Wasn’t allowed to eat or drink in the common area after 12pm but maybe they meant 12am (midnight)?

The train ride to/from was inexpensive and short. I was able to get a good night's sleep before my next morning flight. Short, easy 5 minute walk from the train station, easy check in and out, great value for 1 night stay, very clean, lots of individual sinks, bathrooms and showers, quiet but close to many restaurants, had luggage room and lockers, common area was nice.

Convenient location to stay near airport especially to stay overnight for late flight arrival Narita before off to Tokyo. Ease of self checked in advance is good , so no issue for late night checked in. Very comfortable stay of the room. Good amenities for use.

I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of information before check-in. I printed out all the pages, I thought I had a PIN code, but didn't. As it turned out, it was a simple process 1) my name was on the door as a sticky note, 2) the PIN code was sent to you me about 1hr before check-in. Easy!

We loved the traditional Japanese nature of the place, it was a very local experience. The communal areas and room had everything. The location was excellent, close to Narita station, just off the main street to Naritasan Park containing amazing Temples and Monuments. The street was full of cute eateries. I loved that I could leave my bags there after check-in. But the biggest plus was the value, UNBELIEVABLE value for the price.

Pillow tad small and hard.

Very convenient/central location to Naritasan Omotesando street and train stations. Clean, cozy and has all the necessary amenities. Downstairs lounge/dining area has tables and water dispenser.

The pillows were thin and flat and not adequate for someone who sleeps on their side. The wifi drops in and out and the shared fridge is tiny.

The guesthouse is clean and quaint with traditional facilities. Showers work well. Location is great. Baggage storage is awesome for someone in transit killing time.
