The shower water was either very hot or very cold, no in between. A bit noisy because the windows are thin. No elevator (but it was the 1st floor so not many stairs to climb) and it was not easy to find (no indications outside/in front of the building).

A bit noisy as building work across the road, but this is not the fault of the owner. Apartment situated above a bar which got quite loud and rowdy at night but by 10 pm the bar closed and no noise.

Apartment was on the 2nd floor. We had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs, but no big deal. Pillows were small and too soft.

The flat offers everything needed for a family holiday. It is close to the train station, logistics/communication worked perfectly and it was very clean. Our kids loved the Japanese style beds, which were also very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it

Connected to WIFI but could not connect to internet and the bath appeared to be damaged on the corner and rocks. I bent down in the shower and placed my hand on the corner of the bath and the both moved. This may be a safety issue. Otherwise a very nice and clean place to stay.

Good location relatively close to station within walking distance if you don’t mind the walk. Close to three convenience stores.

- Not like the photos, at all. It's an old apartament. - The water is either too hot or very cold. It's pretty much impossible to shower. I actually got feet and hand burns from the hot water.

The check in was difficult as when we checked in we were supposed to get a code which unfortunately didn’t come but after phone call to owner all fixed easily.

It was a very nice experience to stay in Neighbor’s Hotel. Located at central of Hiroshima station within 8 mins walking distance. There are 3 convenient store nearby property (7-11, Lawson and Family Mart) m). Decent clean rooms, comfy beds with basic amenities. Highly recommended for those who traveling with family and definitely will visit again.

The property was not central or close to the Peace Park. The property is within a residential apartment building and does not provide an elevator. Have to carry luggage up stairs. The toilet is very small.
