Breakfast was wonderful. Onsen was lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Loved the ease of storing the ski gear in the front room to dry and be ready the next day. Delightful stay and we would recommend the Miru!

The check-in Process was super easy, we started to get help as soon as we got into the drive way. All of the staff were very friendly and talked plenty to make you feel welcomed. The room itself was amazing, it was very big and the shower was great. A very memorable hotel for sure.

The layout and location was ideal, not right in the heart of Grand Hirafu, but accessible by shuttle bus. We had a lodge for 4 nights and it was very roomy for our group of 6. The hotel Onsen was lovely and the staff were so helpful. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to Niseko.

I love this boutique place. View from the room is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast that comes with the room is good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
