Great location, helpful staff and clean rooms. Size of room was great for 2 people. Hotel even had free bread every morning! Would definitely return if I am ever visiting Hiroshima again.

I don’t know if it is a Japanese custom in hotel rooms but there’s almost no hooks or any means to hang the towels to dry.

Close to the major train station. Public transport in walking distance. Room was cozy and comfortable. We had a twin, which gave us more space and we had a table with two chairs. Tiny breakfast with croissants and coffee in the lounge.

Hard to list anything that we didn’t like! There was a coffee stain on the floor and the extractor fan in the room amplified outdoor noise, but that’s if we’re having to pick something- it was really good stay.

Really good value for money, the hotel felt very expensive but was incredibly reasonable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free bread and coffee at breakfast time was fab. Being able to check the status of the washing machines via the TV was very helpful! Location right next to the station and handy for using the Shinkansen the following day.

No bathtub, although I tend to shower in hotels anyway, and here the showers are spacious and pleasant to use.

I chose Nest Hotel (again) because it’s located near Hiroshima Station, and the price was reasonable. The free breakfast was OK, and the lobby/eating area was very tidy and calm, unlike some other similarly priced hotels which can get manic at breakfast time.

A bathtub would have been nice. Don't forget to beep your room-card in the elevator before pressing the buttons - it won't work otherwise.

It was a perfectly comfortable and simple room with everything you could need for a few days stay. The staff spoke good English, checking in and out was very easy, and they took care of my luggage while I explored Hiroshima for a few more hours on the final day. Included breakfast was simple fare: a variety of bread and pastries, endless orange/apple juice and coffee. I think this was perfect, as who wants to fill up on hotel food when you have the culinary delights of Hiroshima outside? The room was quiet, warm and clean, with excellent wifi.

It is easy to walk by the hotel, even with Google Maps. It does need its signage to be more visible - but it is a minor point. Also, the room had a small bedside table, so if you needed to do some work they have tables at the lobby area that reminds you of an open-space working area - once again not a big deal.

Great location - less than 5 minutes from Hiroshima Station and is easy to access. The rooms are very modern and spacious. It was quite a comfortable stay. The hotel is suitable for all travellers.
