Taking out footwear at lobby & the rooms are very clean. It maybe small but comfortable. Our rooms are facing the Mt Fuji 😊

Taking shoes on and off and having to store them in lockers was inconvenient but does help maintain cleanliness - some more comfortable slippers would be an improvement. The toilet area in our room was very cramped, like what you get in an airplane and disproportionate to the large bed area.

Amazing view of Mt Fuji from our 11th floor deluxe twin room. Very comfortable mattresses and the hotel was able to let us use a few more pillows to alleviate a medical condition. Very clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking next door was very convenient. Felt very safe around here.

We could not have wished for a more perfect view of Mt Fuji! The room was modest but very comfortable. A few “easy” and enjoyable restaurants within walking distance. Excellent service from the hotel staff. They could not have been more obliging.

The views! With some luck, you can see Mt Fuji from the room! The room has all you need for a short stay. Enough space sufficient for 2 people.

Rooms were too tiny. I would suggest everyone who stays in this hotel not to use the coin laundry inside the property. Laundry was a complete fraud, machines are not doing the job properly. I just wasted money using it.

Clean property, breakfast was delicious and the staff were nice. Loved the view of Fuji mountain from the room.

Breakfast lacks variety, more pillows in the room would be ideal, even though its location in Fuji is great nearby the station and 30min bus ride to Fujinomiya, there is barely anything to do around the hotel, it feels very isolated.

Because this hotel is located on the side near the city and the beach, travellers have to take the bus to visit to other side of the fuji mountain where include 5 lakes and many activities outdoor.

bathroom set up, for 2 teen boys from USA In general, not a very walkable town for tourists

The view was the best thing in all 3 of my teens opinion. We had 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds. My daughter, who lived in Japan as a student for 8 months, says the hotel was very traditional with their bathrooms & bed set up. If you used the shower the way it is intended you would need to undress in the entry way of the whole room & then enter into the wet room. She felt very at home. My teen boys felt very uncomfortable & kinda were turned off from there. We have been in Japan for 10’days & this is the first hotel they didn’t love. My daughter & I enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, my 13 year old looked at it & went back to the room. My 14 year old slept through it. We had rice, fish, hard boiled & raw egg, toast, waffle, & many choices of drink that ranged from coffee, tea, milk, & sodas. there was also miso soup!
