The cleanliness could be a bit better under the bed.

The location is the best. It is just right beside the station. There are good supermarkets and food options around. It is also extremely near to the airport offering a good option or later flight in or early flight out. The view is also quite spectacular and the staff are extremely friendly.

Check in was quick and smooth. Large window pane in the room gives a good view of the city. Room and toilet was very clean.

This was a great place to stay upon arriving into Osaka airport in the evening from Australia. We were on our way to Wakayama prefecture so the location was perfect for us to catch the train the following morning. The hotel was lovely - very comfy and spacious for our family of 5 spread over 2 twin rooms. Nice views, very clean. Great value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, one stop from KIX Airport. We were looking for a place to stay the night before flying out after taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo and it was perfect with great sized rooms and every amenity we needed. It's a 5 min walk to Rinku Town shops, great for clothes, high end fashion, sport gear and shoes (not souvenirs so get them elsewhere on your travels). This is an airport hotel about 40 mins from Osaka, perfect for our needs but we stayed in town when visiting Osaka, this was just a treat before flying out after a long train ride form Tokyo to Osaka.

The location very strategic to the Rinku Premium Outlet, and just ard 40min from the city center by JR or Nankai railway. And hotel breakfast was awesome, perfect view in floor 54th.

Almost an hour from downtown Osaka and not much around except the airport and shopping malls. It's great as a stop after flying in or before flying out but not the best option as a sightseeing base.

Close to Osaka Kansai airport with a free shuttle to the terminal (15 min shuttle ride). The hotel is also very handy for Rinko Town station on the airport - Osaka express line. Amazing views from the rooms, which are very large and comfortable. A separate sitting area from the bedroom is a bonus if travelling as a family with kids that go to sleep early.

Air circulation of toilet is bad.

Location is good and room size is large. It is just next to Outlet and JR station. The view of the room is extraordinary too.

We were looking for a hotel near to the airport, and this one is perfect (just one trainstop to the airport)! The room was cosy, the biggest we had in our trip in Japan. The breakfast was divine! Also the panorama from the room was beautiful!

I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, being just one train stop away from Kansai Airport, which made it incredibly convenient for my travel plans. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was, much larger than I expected for a hotel near an airport. The view from my room was a real bonus, as I could see the airport and surrounding areas, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed to feel at ease. Despite being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, so I had a very restful stay. The breakfast was another highlight of my visit. Not only did the dining area offer a lovely view, but there was also a wide variety of food to choose from, with options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer traditional Japanese dishes or more Western-style options, there was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I’m really glad I picked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have an early flight from Kansai Airport.
