We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great area.Very well equipped. We had a relaxing stay. The shower was awesome. It is in an old fashioned area that is showing signs of gentrification and it is close to organic vegetarian shops/restaurants and a wonderful coffee place.

Everything is perfect except that the Wi-Fi is slow and disconnects frequently. It is close to Kokusai Street, but it is quiet because it is a residential area. There is also a parking lot nearby. However, it is a staircase, so you will have to carry your luggage.

The property was in a residential area which was still very close to the Makishi market and Kokusai dori. There were plenty of hole-in-the-wall shops within walking distance too. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The staff attending to us via email were extremely helpful and quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay at On The Same. The design of the space is really nice. The quality of the building materials and furniture is very good. It is a comfortable, peaceful and well-designed space. It has everything you need, and everything works well. The location is also good, with lots of small stores, cafes, restaurants nearby. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, but the larger tourist area is close too. Thank you for having us!
