No bidet in the toilet. We stay in 2nd floor but we need to go upstairs to use the toilet, which is a little bit awkward when there are men (toilet in 2nd floor is for men)

We rarely meet anyone else even the staff, which makes us really comfortable and feels at home. Every amenities is available. It took us 10mins to go to the nearest station, and 5mins to the bus stop, there are supermarket and convenience stores nearby. Not too noisy.

Toilets and showers are on different floors via stairs only which may be difficult for some people. Not really an issue for me, but something to think about if you have others joining you who may not be comfortable/physically able to do that.

No wifi when the listing said there was wifi. They attempted to fix without success. Also other guests were extremely noisy and disrespectful until 3AM. Their remedy was to allow us later check out but we left at 630 for our day. I would recommend this facility but having easier contact to the managers would be nice when issues arise outside of business hours. The noisy guests were outrageous.

Male and female toilets are on different floors. It was a lil bit inconvenient to go to the toilet at night when it's not on your floor. Also, there's no bidet.

The room was spacious so we had plenty of space to put our luggage. There's a fridge in the room. The bed and the blanket was so comfy and they also provided big-sized towels, face towels and also dental kits. There's a washing machine and a place to hang dry your clothes. The water pressure for showering was good. The self checkin was very simple and the host was kind enough to let us keep our luggage there after checking out. It was 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station and close to lots of shops.

It is a shared room, I was lucky enough to have a 3 people room to myself for my night stay but I wouldn't count on being lucky a second time. My only real complaint is that when going to the toilets at night, the lights may turn off on you as it is an automatic sensor. You will have to move a bit to get the lights back on.

Location is about a 15m walk from the closest station. It is a bit closer than my previous location which took 5m longer. The price is so cheap that I thought I mistook the listing when I saw the numbers, for the location and cost efficiency, it is practically a steal.

I found the reviews I read before booking to be misleading about the place being clean and comfortable. The accommodation was quite dirty. While I occasionally saw the cleaning staff around emptying garbage cans, that seemed to be the extent of their cleaning efforts. The washrooms were particularly unpleasant—there was blood on the walls of the toilet in the female section, and the sinks were clogged with phlegm and food particles, with water struggling to drain. Returning to the accommodation after daytime activities was something I dreaded. This may reflect the behavior of other guests more than the staff, but it was still disappointing. The shower facilities were adequate, and the space of the room we booked was spacious. However, despite booking for three people, we were only provided with two single beds and two sets of towels, leaving the third person without amenities. This was particularly inconvenient as the accommodation isn’t staffed at night. While there are cleaning staff present during the day, the lack of a front desk or dedicated staff at any time is notable. When booking, we were given the option to select an "extra quiet" room, but we were placed next to a group of 6-7 high school students who were loudly chatting and running through the hallways all night. While I understand that the behavior of other guests isn’t entirely within the accommodation’s control, it’s unclear why we were assigned a room next to them, especially after specifically requesting a quieter stay. The room on the other side of us was also noisy, with guests chatting until midnight, though they did at least attempt to quiet down after we asked. The walls are paper thin. I should also mention that the nearest station is about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. This was not something that bothered us but is worth considering if you're travelling with heavy luggage.

There wasn't really anything I liked about the accommodation. The one solace I found about this place is the presence of some charming local restaurants nearby, where you can support the older community while enjoying a nice meal.

Everything looks old and ran out. Lavatories and showers never looked really clean. Other guests wouldn’t clean the toilet after themselves. Showers are on the ground floor , and men and women bathroom are on different floors.

The only good thing going for it is that the room was spacious , unlike many other places in Japan

It's a little further out from the main action than I'd like, but I'd still stay there again, no doubt about that.

It was really cozy and it was a very nice hotal/hostel type. It was really clean and quiet. In the summer, it is definently a good idea to use the air conditioner in the room. The kitchen had a microwave, which is super helpful.

Left 301 today The deadline for checkout today is 11 o'clock. After 9 o'clock, I heard someone outside enter the password at my door. After entering the wrong password several times, I heard the alarm sound because of continuous incorrect password input. At around 10:30, I heard someone knocking on my door outside. Although I don't know if it was the landlord or the neighbor next door who did this, but did you know this is illegal?

The room is big and comfortable.. the place is quite.. it's make my stay in Tokyo worth it, exactly met also my budget.. i will definitely book again in this place.. it is near grocery store, which i bought great deal..
